Enjoyed my stay

I like the central location, the kitchen and lounge room. Laundry facilities and most of the staff were helpful and friendly

Some of the staff, who said they would complete a task and didn't and you find out after you checkout.

Perfect for my needs

I like that, it was close to the bus station. I would definitely stay again.

I didn’t have much time to spend, because I flew in late and had to catch the bus the next morning early. I would like to stay longer next time.

Superb

Only fault was that our car being a 4wd with a roof rack wasnt able to fit in the car park allocated so we had to drive for a while to find parking. Customers should be told of any height restrictions etc.

We were given a better apartment ftom what we had booked. We thank for this.

We received many emails in the days before our arrival and a phone call on the day of yhe arrival: all about the payment. This was exagerated (6 or more emails...)

Location location. Easy to find

Not enough keys .we were 4 people and only 2 keys . I arrived after my friends Initial entry in the evening without a key was tricky

The size of the apartment and the staff

We didn't like that we could hear the guest next door snooring every night. The noise seemed to travel through the walls. It disrupted our sleep sometimes.

Wonderful apartment, great location, we will be back to stay. Thanks again.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. Richelle who greeted me when we first checking in went above and beyond to ensure the needs of my family were met, such a lovely experience.

I guess the only downside was we were there when it was very hot. The only air-conditioning was in the living area, therefore the bedrooms were quite warm, perhaps the addition of ceiling fans could alleviate this?

awesome. our business travels often to Adelaide. is there a special rate for staying there often?

we were at the Hilton for a few nights and was nice to have seperate bedrooms. awesome to have our own garage door key for in and out parking!!

Very good

Good Location. It is only 300 metre to walk to Chinatown and 1km to central.

The front street is single direction for car, so it is very hard to find first time. If notice advance would be great.

It was alright for 1 night.

Room looked tired and needed a good refurbishment. Bed wasn't comfy.

Staff were lovely. Ok for an overnight but wouldn't want to do a longer term stay.

Convenient location for access to the city. Useful facilities such as kitchen, laundry and full size refrigerator. The staff were lovely and accommodating. One of our group became quite unwell overnight and staff were happy to arrange a later checkout with very late notice to allow him some time to rest and recover. Overall the accommodation suited our needs for an overnight stay.

The current roadworks out the front of the building made access difficult and confusing. Pedestrian access only and I think quite unsafe if you were frail or elderly. I imagine it will be much better once they are complete. We were only made aware of the roadworks and change to parking access after we had booked the accommodation. Perhaps if we had booked direct instead of via Booking.com, this may have been made clearer earlier. The parking available was in the Topham Mall car park on Waymouth St which isn't too far to walk but a bit of a pain if you've got lots of luggage or shopping to carry. It cost $22 for 24 hours per vehicle. I am unsure what their usual parking costs. The apartment was overall quite clean but it smelt quite musty and the curtains were very dirty. We had 4 people staying in a 2 bedroom (1 queen, 1 single and a sofa bed) I slept on the sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable. The bedrooms had no ventilation or air-conditioning so they were very stuffy with the doors closed. A bit overpriced. I've stayed in nicer apartments and paid quite a bit less.

Overall, the venue suited it's purpose for us and we would likely stay there again.

Good location in central part of the city Easy walk to around the city Rooms were well appointed Staff were friendly General housekeeping was good - foyer always clean.

Beds were really uncomfortable - caused sore backs for everyone in the family. Construction works in Bentham Street meant access to the hotel was restricted - no on-site parking. Alternate car parking facilities in Topham Car Park, while in good proximity to the hotel, were a little dodgy - some unnecessary characters hanging around making it a bit uncomfortable walking to/from the car park even during the day time but especially at night.
