Great hotel bad advertising

Close to airport Good cheap food Comfortable bed

No cups or plates or cutlery in the kitchen The fridge is to small Room said 1 double 2 single 1 sofa bed making 4 beds room to small for sofa and only had 3 beds The staff put another single bed in the room so our 3 kids had a place to sleep

Quest Hotel Kuta by Aston, jangan berharap servicenya se-international namanya.

Makanan room service enak dan service antarannya bagus. Lokasi hotel dekat dengan airport.

Pada akhir liburan keluarga kami di Indonesia dengan keberangkatan pesawat pagi keesokan harinya, saya memilih "Quest Hotel Kuta by Aston" untuk bermalam. Sebagaimana layaknya hotel yang berlokasi dekat airport, fasilitas airport transfer yang tersedia free 24jam dan breakfast merupakan pilihan yang tepat, terlebih lagi Quest Hotel adalah international hotel chain. Semua layanan jelas tercantum dibooking.com saat pemesanan. Anehnya saat check in dan check out, para receptionist bersikeras saya tidak berhak untuk layanan airport transfer karena saya hanya stay 1 malam. Informasi ini tidak tertera dihalaman booking.com. Sikap receptionist pada saat check in sangat argumentatif. Saya nantinya diharuskan membayar tiket masuk bandara dengan intimidasi bila saya menolak bayar "ibu mau diturunin di depan pintu tiket bandara dan ibu jalan masuk??? .. ibu nggak mau kan, jadi ibu harus bayar tiket masuk. Seperti yang sudah saya jelaskan tadi, sejak kenaikan harga bahan bakar, kita sudah tidak lagi menyediakan layanan ini. Kami sudah menginfokan booking.com untuk menghapus ini dari web kami tapi booking.com tidak melakukannya" ....... Welcome to Quest Hotel Kuta by Aston!!! .... Sepertinya management Quest Hotel Kuta by Aston, wah namanya keren berbau international, harus berbenah nih, tidak hanya sinkronisasi informasi antara website dan front office tetapi yang paling penting memperbaiki attitude karyawannya. Dan kalau ini adalah kesengajaan yang dibuat management hotel untuk menarik tamu membuat reservasi tapi akhirnya menjebak tamu untuk membayar airport transfer sebagai tambahan biaya, sebaiknya strategi ini segera dihentikan. Tambahan lagi untuk buffet breakfast, banyak lalat yang hinggap diatas makanan, terlihat tidak higienis. Harusnya karyawan berinisiatif untuk menyalakan lilin buat mengusir lalat-lalat tersebut. Semoga pengalaman saya bisa membuat management Quest Hotel Kuta by Aston untuk menjadi lebih baik ditahun 2024.

Ok for 1 night.

Pool was ok, staff were nice. Ok for a quick 1 night stopover.

Room much older / tired than appears in photos. Very strong odour from toilet, not too bad if you kept the lid closed and door shut. Pricey for what you get.

Over all is good stay.

The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and room size also ok.

We had lunch in the restaurant, we came down from room, didn't bring wallet. They insisted on paying immediately, we wanted to add the bill to the room, but they quite pushy, eventually they send someone to our room to collect the cash. I guess the restaurant is different business from hotel? There were not many food options close by, but it's ok, for short stay can use go food to order.

Pleasant

It's probably just the location and the value for money.

The facility is pretty old, does not look like what they have in the pictures. It was not clean either.

good for an overnight stay. close to the airport. staff very friendly

worth spending bit extra money for the better rooms. you don't want to be on the ground floor!! not a very pleasant smell in rooms. we got moved to another level and it was fine!

Relaxing place to stay after a late night flight.

We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport. We flew in very late at night and were very tired so we appreciated a short journey to our first night’s sleep. We also loved having a poolside room.

only a one night stay as I was traveling on to Bangkok from Sydney. the hotel location to airport was convenient however

close proximity to Bali airport only a 5 minute drive

breakfast was Indonesian food buffet and very crowded with huge group.

comfortable for a short stay.

just used room for a few minutes waiting for late flight. nice and clean and comfortable. some facilities not open yet but I am sure they will fix this soon. free shuttle to airport

access to pool. I had a pool side room but couldn’t get to pool direct from the room. had to walk through corridors.

Great except the couple next door!

I loved this place. It was so perfect for my son and I. Big spacious room, daily housekeeping and such a big comfy bed. The staff here are incredible. Very young staff which I think is fantastic. They are so willing to help and really take the time to speak to you and actually thank you, and mean it, when you stay here. The pool is awesome. I didn't use it but my baby had a swim and thoroughly enjoyed. My room had a balcony and I really enjoyed that. The tv channels are awesome. Quite a variety of English channels. Selfish of me, but I really liked that. The breakfast here was absolutely beautiful. My boring Western palate couldn't handle all the Indonesian food but you have the option to order Western breakfasts which you don't need to pay extra for. The staff and chef noticed the 1st day that I didn't eat from the buffet. The next day, they had introduced some western style foods for us. Thank you to everybody here and especially the restaurant crew.

The only thing is the rooms are not soundproof. You have the worshipping over an extremely loud speaker so the first couple days it's a bit daunting and you're questioning whether you made the right decision booking here but you get used to it! The other issue was again the soundproofing. Had a couple in a room next to us going for gold and probably didn't realize that we could hear EVERYTHING. The springs in the bed and the woman screaming her appreciation. It woke my baby up at 2.30 in the morning so I was not as impressed as the woman as you could imagine. By way of revenge, I allowed my overtired infant to cry and bang on their wall from 5am. Petty but satisfying 🤭😂

Smelly room, no cot , beautiful pool

The pool was beautiful. Lovely dining area and indonesian buffet breakfast Driver was fantastic from air port

Our room had very strong smell like open drains. Thought it was the bathroom but it was not... I requested a baby cot which was not provided. We arrived at 2am and it ws too late to get one. I think were charged for cot even though we didn't get one. Reception unable to confirm or offer refund due to language barrier.

Sometimes the automatic door does not function. My toilet in the room is moving. We requested if we be pick up in airport through booking.com but we have not receive any reply.

Good only for being near airport

This hotel is close to the Airport about a 9 min drive away. Not far from Seminyak & not caught up in the hustle and bustle of Kuta's main areas. Some staff are nice and helped us push our car when it wasn't working

The breakfast is not good. The room is poor and the bedsheets we had had stains and snot on it (like it hadn't been washed) we put out the paper to have it cleaned for the next day and get new sheets but they used the same sheets because the stains were still there in the same spot. Some of the Staff is unprofessional, upon check in, when dropping off our bags to the room, the staff rode off on the luggage trollies across the hotel.

don’t bother staying here. way nicer places for the same price

close to airport

tried to order room service. they kitchen didn’t have anything on the menu. when I booked the room it said I’d have a minibar in the room. there was no fridge in the room and when I rang reception to ask about why it advertised a fridge but there isn’t one, they were rude to me.

a bit too pricy for value I got, nor possible to use swimming pool after sunset, breakfast was not tasty.

Air conditioning was noisy, looks like air blowing whistles from time to time, not possible to use swimming pool after 7PM, staff is calling to room phone to tell to go to breakfast or check out, breakfast was not tasty.
