직원들 친절하고 위치가 엄청 좋아요 근처. 호텔도 비가 오더라도 시원한 터널브리지 통해서 갈 수 있습니다(베네시안.파리지엥) 3층에 스타벅스랑 마트도 있어요 수영장 크지는 않지만 음료와 스넥 무료로 제공해줍니다 락커시설에 물품보관 가능하고 샤워도 가능합니다 백 맡기고 첵아웃 이후에도 이용가능. 강추합니다

這間酒店真的很舒服，第一次住一間酒店，會想帶媽媽去體驗的。

在check in的時候，職員有禮貌和用心協助，會詢問我們希望的開床時間，還主動提供延遲退房，還會帶客人去到上去客房升降機的位置。房間很大很舒服，景觀很好，可以看到對面的澳門巴黎鐵塔。當晚上回房間後，他們已開好床，而且買發現替我們收拾好那些胡亂放在桌子、茶几上的物品，全部都放很整整齊齊，尤其讓我感到最意外的是，因為我的充電線都很長，他們幫我那麼充電線一個個都用魔術貼索好。酒店提供的拖鞋和浴袍我都覺得很舒服。

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located.

Breakfast - fantastic! Good quality selection, the pastries were freshly baked and also good quality. Room - very good size, comfortable beds, lovely view of the Parisian. Bathroom - cute rubber ducky:). High quality Byredo toiletries.

Bathroom - the telephone shower was not too strong, and the clip of the shower was weak that it kept slipping downward, had to adjust all the time while in the shower. Also, draining the water from the shower floor could be better.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay

There wasn't any breakfast arranged. Location is convenient to move around Cotai and peninsula. Room was spacious enough and staff was friendly and accommodating

The shower in the room (2311) wasn't working properly. The shower head is loose and the water temperature and volume is one and the same control

我們住艾菲爾景觀房，視野超震撼，房間內備品餐具一應具全，客房服務也都很快得到回應，泳池很特別是分開的10個冷水池，泡水還可以欣賞鐘樓整點音樂，健身房超大，最喜歡腿部伸展機！整體而言超級滿意，推薦給來澳門遊玩的你。

Amazing experience - will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing to say the least. Rooms were spacious and clean (we even got a free upgrade as the concierge noticed we were a family of 3, so he offered us a room with 2 double beds! I can't recall his name - but he sure deserves a raise.). Great view of the Eiffel Tower from the room too! No foul smell in the room/ toilet, great amenities and the bathrobe/ slippers/ bedding etc. were of superb quality. Also conveniently located along the Cotai Strip - very accessible to the ferry terminals (by shuttle bus), and the connecting bridge to Venetian is just downstairs! Don't miss the Chinese restaurant by the casino downstairs - the peking duck and noodles were great! It was my parents' first time visiting the Cotai Strip and they really enjoyed themselves.

It says free shuttle provided, but there was insufficient sign postings/ directions at the ferry terminal when we arrived. Didn't know that we could take the shuttle to Sheraton (just about 3min walk away from Conrad). Only found out through the terribly unfriendly staff/ driver at the ferry terminal, who chided us when we attempted to clarify. He even snapped at us and told us to g00gle for ourselves to see that both hotels were affiliated. Totally uncalled for. Thankfully, the service and experience by the Conrad staff subsequently more than made up for this bad start!

澳門軟實力漸長

帥哥櫃檯人員很有耐心，講解我問的問題，尤其是主動提醒我們早餐、哈利波特展有打折；房務人員很貼心，記得我們很需要喝水，每天補充的礦泉水很夠，一個房間可以準備8瓶，真的很貼心。每晚都來開床服務，真的被寵壞了。

電話故障，嚇到我們了！但還好，隔天反應立即處理好。

酒店位置和基础设施都很好，员工细致态度友好，有问必答，特别感谢JJ, Steve的耐心沟通和帮助～酒店还给安排了回程去口岸的车（由于我们航班延误，临时调整了用车时间，工作人员始终耐心协调，非常赞）

由于房间无法开窗通风，会有一些潮湿感（向前台反馈后，酒店立刻给房间配备了空气净化器，问题可以快速得到解决）

The highlight of our trip.

Quality of the room and services are exceptional. Attention to detail from the guest services crew is spectacular. We checked-in to Conrad Macao a day after my birthday and yet a keen eyed guest services team managed to catch it and sent a beautiful cake and well wishes the very next day. UNBELIEVABLE!! The best birthday week ever!

i would have loved to spend more time there.

Nice stay at Conrad

The check-in was very smooth. In-room dining was quite decent. The room upgrade was a nice touch! There were a few clealiness hiccups, but Ada tried her best to fix them~~I really appreciate that!

To be honest, what I don't like about most hotels in Macau is the same with Conrad. They don't have their own restaurants, so we share Churchills with the public and guest from Conrad and Londoner, which means, I stay in this building holds no value you still need to line up with everyone else for any meals. This needs fixing. Also most of the dining places, even with advanced booking, you can't get a chance to enjoy tea-time - shame!

Great place for resort

The location is wonderful with interconnecting channels to major shopping centers, so you do not have to walk outside. The breakfast is great with various types of food for selection. The casino inside is pretty good.

Still, the pillows are not quite comfortable, too low only using one an too high using two.

Very impressive hotel service and quality. Conrad 5-star hospitality well exemplified by this hotel. We are very pleased

Although the hotel was more than 10 years old, it is very well maintained. We were welcome by a very heart-warming and patient front desk staff. We booked a standard suite but the hotel upgraded us to a King suite with excellent internal decor. Housekeeping staff were also very diligent in making our room and attentive to our requests.

A bizarrely mixed experience

Great location. Close to the Cotai Ferry with complimentary shuttle service. Love the room, view and detail orientated service. From guest relations manager to housekeeping staff. Super good. Very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

The breakfast however is the the worst experience I've ever encountered at a supposedly luxury hotel. Both days we have to wait in a long queue (1st day >50 mins) in the lobby. The interesting part is that there were many empty tables but no hands to clean up. The double manual verification process by restaurant staff at the entrance has further slowed down the speed.

DON't try this Londoner Conard !

The tower view is good.

I stay at room 2615 on 29-30 july, 2023 : Front desk cannot find my resevration at first and need almost 5 min. to find my booking. The "plastic duck" in bathroom is dirty ! If you want to encourage guest bathing, you should provide bathing salt ... not such guly and dirty yellowish duck. No plug beside both bed side! No USB inside the whole room. I saw a death big cockroach body on the lift lobby on 4th floor, i told this to their staff but the death still here after i have swim for 2 hours. Staff enter the lift and don't close the door, i need to press the "close" for him. The handle of hair drier aged, the plastic is melting and feel sticky !!! Cannot see youtube on the TV set.

Staff amazing - and standard of english excellent Beds really comfy - and towels/robes etc very luxurious Upgraded to a suite overlooking Big Ben which was amazing Churchills breakfast was really good - however - need to queue! Er.... 5 star hotel - shouldn't have to queue for brekkie

There was NO BAR - nowhere to have a nice drink with a view - given the hotel is 30 stories - a rooftop bar would have been amazing. Such a shame - not everyone comes to gamble. Queuing for breakfast - like a package tour! Ridiculous.

Very good stay.

Its a China thing but the guest is not trusted to pay their bill. I have found across China that you have to pay as you go re ordering room service or having your mini bar filled. On other occasions I have had to put a deposit and am told to top up when approaching the total. At the Conrad or in Macau I gather, you order from room service and directly pay on the spot. I really don't like that system and prefer not paying anything at the time but paying all in one. I do not object to paying in advance. It indicates a mistrust of the client. It is not the fault of one hotel. It is very much a China thing. If you cant afford a room deposit you shouldn't be at the particular Hotel. Without disclosing the sum, The Dorchester in London used to require a crippling deposit but you wouldn't be staying there without affording it.

location is convenient to most places within the new Macao on foot. plenty of food options nearby but pricey. close to the ferry terminal which is a 10-min or less taxi ride. and, plenty of luxury shopping within the property, across and everywhere!

I HATED THE PILLOWS. Too soft and i woke up with neck and shoulder aches every morning.
