Lucky it was on night. Unfortunately OVERPAID for what we got

Bed comfy

Very big crack in hand basin which is very unhygienic and disgusting. Also a very obvious stain on the carpet. Also whatever had been swept up was left under the hand basin. No facilities for washing dishes unless you used the basin with the very disgusting crack in it. Plaster on walls with no attempt to paint over them. Would have been nice to have a rubbish bin in the bathroom and not just in the main room. If you like LUKEWARM SHOWERS then you will be happy. This motel is obviously used fo government support housing. If I had known this I would not have stayed there. VERY OVERPRICED DON"T STAY there.

A clean and well presented unit

Location was good, right across the road from Countdown. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom nice.

Someone upstairs from us was rather noisy until late, loud tv and loud person.

The motel is in a great location, Clean comfortable and quiet. I'd be happy to stay again.

Our motel unit was equipped for what we needed. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. The bed was great and we slept well. We didn't meet any of the staff due to our late arrival and early departure but all went well with access to our room.

Not applicable as there was nothing I disliked.

Tight Squeeze

That Countdown was diagonally across the road.

That the place hadn't been cleaned properly. The fridge still had food in it from the previous occupant, we had to use the small glasses as coffee cups, the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped, and there was someone else's hair on it. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The door wouldn't lock properly, and it took ages to do it. Finally, the entrance to the motel was a very tight squeeze, and the proprietor said that the fence was often hit into. I could see the damage.

Would stay again, good price, good location.

Reasonably close to Bluebridge ferry. Close to road but not that much traffic so slept well, good to have off street parking. Only 50m to Countdown supermarket with a good selection of microwave meals available.

No soap provided so we bought some at the supermarket.

No value for money, 165$ too much

The pictures shown on the booking.com don’t match with what is offered There is no kitchenette, no wash basin only a seperate electric stove on a table, very limited crockery The bathroom doesn’t have a plug for a hair drier

Handy to our son's flat

It appeared to be used as an emergency accommodation facility as well as for visitors to Wellington. Police were called to an incident in the room next to ours. No apologies from motel staff about this. Just odd.

It’s location was excellent as it is very close to Wellington Hospital

It was a freezing cold night and the heating was difficult to workout how to operate it. The information booklet said electric blankets were on the beds for our comfort there wasn’t any on the queen bed.

A hidden gem, not to be overlooked

Compact, tidy units that a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into. There is a power board in the kitchen with spare plugs, wall plug on either side of the bed so amazing for multiple devices. Bathroom is well equipped and even has a hairdrier which is so handy, plenty of towels, soap and there are even earplugs for the weary traveller looking to zone out from the world. Kitchen is stocked with the basic equipment, cutlery ana utensils, tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided with milk in the fridge which is appreciated when you arrive and looking for a pause moment before venturing out. Bed is comfortable with nice crisp white sheets and an extra blanket and pillow on hand and from top to bottom the entire unit is spotlessly clean and fresh,

Not the best place to stay and wouldn't recommend this motel.

The room was clean.

The room was very small for three adults. The parking space wasn't easy to maneuver a bigger vehicle around in. The upstairs guests were loud and heavy footed which was very audible to us in the room underneath them. Also the running water of the upstairs shower at 11.30pm was very loud and not welcomed when trying to sleep. We were awoken to men swearing and yelling very loudly around 4am who I think are long term guests of the motel.

A quick 2 minute walk to Wellington Hospital, very convenient to vist sick family member. Great Free Wifi which helped keep in contact with other family members.
