The rooms are wonderful, cosy, homely and the location is marvelous. One can stroll into town for meals if so desired. excellent breakfast too,

Hébergement et flamands roses parfaits

L'hébergement est à deux pas DU restaurant de Walvis Bay, le Raft. Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours disponible pour vous aider (réservation d'une table, renseignements).

We at leat got a good night’s rest, but that’s it for us. Don’t think we’ll be back soon unless a proper upgrade is done

The view that’s about it.

Bathrooms were cold and uninviting. Shower took forever to warm up. I think an upgrade to your bathrooms would be fair for the price paid per night. No DSTV and your tv screens need an update too. Breakfast was very limited and really disappointing.

Location and staff were fabulous and the breakfast was amazing, no complaints.

The wifi is no good and drops the connection continually, also room 6 TV remote does not work, I'm not complaining but this needs to be resolved

The best experience in Walvis Bay

Good location, good food, good service and good cocktails, there are lots of flamingos, the sunset is very beautiful

Disappointing

The location at the see is superb, the breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly.

Smell in the room, noisy and black mold at the ceiling of the bathroom.

Great stay!

Location and the helpfulness of staff. The person hosting us even got up before 04:00 am to make us early morning coffee !! Good advice regarding eating out and even booked a table for us!

The shower in my room (2) leaked water out into the bathroom - so after each shower the foom was a little flooded.

No tea or coffee in room. Towels hard. Winter sheets on bed in summer. Breakfast was poor and coffee weak and tasteless

The service was fantastic. Edson (Manager) you were amazing from start to finish, thank you.

My college battled with the duvets as they just cover the bed, she did not have the most comfortable of sleeps. A bigger person would not have been covered by the duvet.

Fantastic, i will be back.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal and a great place for evening strolls :)
