Convenient, clean and comfortable!

It wad close to everything! And the stairs was a good exercise! I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Tatiana was a great host!

Fab location -clean & comfortable flat in heart of historic Split- travel light to manage the stairs

Great location in the heart of historic Split. Everything you need for a short stay and excellent air conditioning and sound proofing from the party promenade directly in front of the apartment block. Spotlessly clean apartment, characterful common area and direct access to the charming, rambling alleyways of old Split. Close to great restaurants and main sites.

Pictures in the advert were not of the apartment - this is a booking.com issue. 4th floor walk up - need to know that in advance.

Superb location, lovely comfortable apartment. Very clean. The host was fantastic at communicating with us and ensured everything went smoothly.

A little noisy at times from the street by the bedroom. Double glazing ensured it was lovely and quiet in the lounge area. This wouldn’t put me off returning as it’s part of being so central to the buzz of Split.

Would highly recommend a stay here - Tatiana was friendly and easy to contact, and helped us to arrange a taxi from the airport (huge thanks to Damir for the friendly welcome!). The location is incredible, right inside the walls of the old town, and the room was pretty, quiet and airconned.

Location great, lovely fit out, rooms and bathroom very nice. Host was accommodating with check in time and additional keys. Loved the accommodation!

Lots of stairs as it was the 3rd story but to be honest this was still a positive given the amount of food eaten 😂 it was forced exercise.

Very good

Nice little apartment within minutes from the Palace and the Promenade. It can be noisy at night so if you want a quiet space, this may not be the spot for you. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host Tatiana was excellent. She is very quick to respond. Her son greeted me at the Riva and walked me to the apartment. There are a few stairs to climb so maybe not the best place for those who struggle with stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

location was good for stay in Old Town Split. Be aware that the apartment was on the 3rd floor with 4 flights of stairs. AC was very good

needed more amenities in the room. No coffee maker but did have an electric kettle for tea supplied ….. no creamers. Wine glasses but no wine opener.

Liked being next to the water and the room was very clean and roomy.

Nice location in old part of city. Beautiful room and furnished. Tatiana was very responsive to our inquiries.

you could occasionally her people walking by in the evening if were talking loud. Times posted for the free breakfast were not accurate

Perfect Location!

Location: in the heart of everything - right on the promade in front of ferry port and short walk to bus station.

Stairs: apartment was located on the 3 floors so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. No lift. Can be highly inconvenient if you have more than 1 luggage and also to go up everything you’re out and about. Otherwise this place was EXCELLENT.

Centric place

Its a scam: the pictures are not from the appartment: no balcony, no living room, no window to the sea, no kitchen; the price she charged is not 288 as the ad says but 300€. Besides is a third floor without elevator and since 5 a.m. there is a bell from the cathedral making a noise as crazy, so its impossible to sleep. Good manners by Tatiana but its a scam.

The best possible location!

The location couldn’t be any better! You are just a few steps from the ferry and the view to the Riva Promenade is great. The flat is also very spacious. Check-in very smooth and both Ivana and Tatiana were very friendly and supportive.

The bathroom could be renovated as it looks a bit old, but everything was clean and working just fine.

The apartment could not be more central, amazing location, and a clean and modern room with aircon! Tatiana was really helpful with all questions, met us during check-in, and her son helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. When we go back to Split, we know where we'll be staying!

The location was outstanding! Very clean and comfy beds with clean white linen. Kitchen adequately stocked with items and the apartment was spacious. Great view over the Riva and a tucked away entrance that avoided a constant stream of tourists walking past.

The apartment was a little tired, the tv didn't work and the hot water and wifi were not turned on so we had to solve that. I would have been disppointed had we paid full price.

Good apartment, poor service

Great location in the palace, with a view of the harbour. Puts you right in the midst of the buzz of the city. Apartment is clean and modern.

The service was quite bad. The agent made us wait outside in the sun for 30 minutes to show us to the apartment. It’s very difficult to find since it’s in the midst of narrow lanes in the palace. They should provide a detailed map on how to get to the unit. Once we were in the unit, he told us nothing about where to go or see or park. We had figure it all out on our own. The hot water boiler was not turned on. The WiFi was down for a day.
