Lovely place with very friendly staff.
No bar or restaurant (There is a restaurant right beside)

The location was great, very central and also very convenient for day trips planned as the meeting point for most of them were exactly at the opposite street. The stuff at the reception were also amazing. Always very friendly and helpful, making our stay in Tulúm even more nice

We had a nice time at the Pacha Hotel. The staff was really helpful and gave us some very good recommendations for things to do and eat in Tulum and also in other cities. We were also traveling with our 6-month-old baby and we had a nice experience in that regard too - we had a small cot for free (whereas in other hotels they asked for a fee or do not provide it) and everyone was so lovely with our little one.
The hotel is on a big street and a bit noisy from time to time due to the many cars and trucks that pass by - but to be honest, really bearable!

The people were really nice and helpful. They recommenced a lot of stuff to do in tulum. As well as restaurants to eat. The hotel room was very nice and clean.
Nothing.

Rodrigo and Alan were the best. I felt super safe as a solo female traveler. It's right off the main intersection to Coba and Chichén-Itzá, so it's easy to find. The pool is nice and though there were other people at the hotel, it was pretty quiet. A 10 mns walk from the party spots, so the hotel stays peaceful throughout the night - the road looks like it would be busy but after around 11pm there's not any traffic. I slept very well.
There is instant coffee in the rooms, but you can purchase nespresso at the front desk for 40 pesos.
My friend booked a fancy hotel at the beach and we actually ended up staying here instead because it's so well located to yummy food and night life. The beach is far from entertainment. Also they're tearing down the jungle and jaguar habitat to build those hotels so, stay city center, have more fun, eat better and for less expensive, and don't contribute to the destruction of the environment. It's a win win. I look forward to staying at Pacha the next time I'm in Tulum ❤️❤️ oh also there's a lovely restaurant right next door that I took advantage of when i got in from the bus at 9:30 pm and just wanted a quick bite and sleep!

Liked that it was peaceful and quiet, they have a great personnel. It was clean and and you can not ask for a better price. It is close to all the clubs and restaurants, especially the one next door to the hotel.
Nothing, I was very pleased.

The hotel was at a very good spot in the beginning of main street, there was a nice cousy restaurant/bar just by the hotel. Bike/scooter rental just around the corner we rented bikes for 100pesos each for 24h. Busstation was 15min walk. Personel was very helpfull and nice people. All around a nice place and nice town would recommend to visit.
We were there in june wich is apparently mosquito season i didnt mind it that much but if your sensitive i would suggest to get some mosquito spray( restaurants and bars offered it if you neede it).

No blankets on beds, just flat sheets. Pool was off limits for our whole stay

central location right off the main road; very helpful personnel
the smell of mold when entering the room. it’s in the jungle okay but you can feel all the moisture and wetness everywhere.

The location, price, and most of all the staff!

It was on the crossroads so it was easy to access everything. The supermarket was also right opposite & so was the shuttle bus to go to playa del Carmen. there was a restaurant right outside that did really good, authentic Mexican food & drink.

Room is well decorated and cozy. I liked the bed which is really comfortable. The garden is full of plants and let us felt like in a little jungle detouched from the city, that was what we need!
We'll definitely coming back!

A good, convenient location. A very helpful staff member.
Rooms much smaller than anticipated, only 1 plug in the room

This is a small hotel situated at two main crossroads, so about 20 min walk to the Centro area where the Ado bus station is located along with myriad shops and restaurants. Close enough to walk to but far enough from night party noise. The beach area is about 3 km away - could be walked but better on a bike, of which there are many to rent from various places nearby. There are many new restaurants and shops on that road as well. I stayed three nights in one of the bungalows which was more than adequate. It’s an older property so some facilities were a bit dated, for example, it was necessary to hold down the button to make sure the toilet flushed properly. Staff always made me feel welcome and had plenty of ideas of where to eat, visit, etc.

We stayed in the Presidential suite with it’s own rooftop patio and pool. it was a nice large space with all the amenities we needed. Alan at the front desk was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful each day. it is very centrally located with many great restaurants and supermarket across street. Loved the big discount offered to Cenote Tortuga.
It’s near a busy intersection which makes it noisy.

the room was nice, great bed.
the location isn’t the best: at the border of Tulum. Renting a scooter is a neccessity.

absolutely nothing

staff were amazing (Alan), hotel was beautiful, the restaurant next door had incredible food, good location
there was no food offered at the hotel even though that was stated on booking.com with pictures of it but didn’t bother us because of the restaurant next door

Lovely property with lots of plants and nicely updated rooms. Friendly staff who accommodated all our requests.
The rooms are best for couples. We had a tough time living in one as a family of three- the extra bed was not comfortable, there were not enough towel hooks or counter space and the bathroom doors don’t give any privacy.

The staff at the reception was amazing! They were super friendly, helpful and gave us great recommendations during our stay. They were always interested to hear about our day and helped us whenever necessary.
The restaurant next door is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The pool and bar area seem bigger in the pictures. The sheets had stains on them, but we got clean sheets when we asked.
