Perfeito para férias e relax

A localização, a simpatia do staff, todo o ambiente do resort. Pequeno-almoço fabuloso e muito diversificado.

Só um apontamento… éramos 3 (1 casal com 1 criança) e tínhamos sempre uma toalha de banho e rosto a menos

Beautiful Bel Marina Resort and Spa

Beautiful hotel, 5 mins walk to old town. Both the large main and rooftop pools were fabulous. Beautiful grounds. Large, comfortable rooms

nice hotel fantastic STAFF

the STAFF absolutely fantastic could not do enough to help, location of the hotel is a 5 min walk in to Hoi-An, the peace and tranquillity of been on the river is so relaxing the breakfast was good and the pool was ok it needs to be controlled more with none swimmers in the swimming lane

the evening menu could be looked at, a better variety and choice of food no seats on the balcony of the new block

Absolute bliss

Loved staying here. Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing - so much to choose from

THE BEST HOI AN STAY!

My partner and I LOVED our stay at Bel Marina. Location was phenomenal, it was walking distance to the night markets but was still a good distance away that the streets were quiet. Amenities and staff were also great! Would definitely stay here again

プールか広く子供連れにはとても楽しめるホテルでした立地もナイトマーケットに近く、自転車も借りれるので便利です自転車ほ二人乗りかできる仕様なので、子供を後ろに乗せることができます部屋もとても広く、バスタブもあり良かったです　バルコニーからの景色も最高でしたホテルの向かいにレンタルバイクやランドリーもあり良かったです

良くない点では無いですが、メインのプールは深さが1.7mなので注意が必要です朝食バイキングのレベルは高くはないですか満足はできます

Nice resort, great b'fast buffet

Great location, walking distance to the Old Town. V nice spa facilities, with 1 for 1 promotion 👍

Room on ground floor, no view, blocked by the walls. Mosquitoes in room when we checked-in. Hotel staff was kind to reassign another room on the 2nd flr, which was great EXCEPT the toilet only had a bathtub, with no shower curtain or glass screen. Water, when we took a shower, were all over the floor !! 👎👎

Beautiful hotel in Hoi An, a 5 min walk from the night market

Good location - not right in the center and noise, but a perfect walking distance. The hotel is beautifully designed. The ambiance is a lot more family oriented then romantic or suitable for a honeymoon.

All in-house services were outrageously overpriced. No smoking on the property

Great location lovely rooms

The staff were so lovely and booked a good tour for us. The room was huge, lovely bathroom, really comfy bed and great aircon. Location is perfect short walk to everything you need. Quiet rooms as well not disturbed by outside noise. Wish we stayed longer and had more time for spa treatments!

Breakfast was ok, but not great for such a big resort it needs more variety.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, friendly staff, big clean room. Breakfast was nice each morning too and shuttle to beach was a nice option.

To be honest hoi an ancient time is horrible but not the hotels fault.

Good location but not as comfortable and quiet as we would have liked

The roof top pool was good to swim laps in the morning before anyone else At lunch it was very crowded

Bed were hard The hard floors made it noisy The other guests created noise with no consideration for others sleeping

The hotel is located in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has great pools, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the hotel has several relax spaces, such as a bar with nice river views and a rooftop pool and terrace, which are perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No good for solo travellers Lots of big tour groups Rooms tucked away from main hotel in soulless corridors My town view room overlooked an active building site I was looking for a comfortable and relaxing few days- the room and facilities did not cater for this.

A great place to end our trip to Vietnam. We are going home feeling very relaxed and satisfied.

The room was great - river / pool view on the first floor. (52sqm) Very clean and well organized. Wellness spa was very well priced and service excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. Check in and Check out were very efficient and timely.

Very little to suggest by way of improvement suggestions. If anything - the addition of ceiling fans to the verandah around the restaurant and or balcony would have been helpful in the heat. yes

Facilities were good, friendly very helpful staff especially Tran 8n the restaurant and location worked well. Shuttle bus service to the beach worked well.

Breakfast not up to a good standard. Hot food was not kept hot eg hash browns were soggy and cold and the same for the bacon. Catering more for eastern taste than western,however omelettes were good. Toaster did not work well and had to cook bread 3-4 times

Great location and friendly staff

We absolutely adored our stay here! It was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. Great cocktails, great food and the pool was a lot of fun with the swim up bar. We really liked the location too, it was close to the night market.

Exceptional

The villa is amazing. When you want to get away from the heat, there is your own little pool. There's happy hour in the afternoon in the main pool, although it can be busy with many people, it's still a great option. The hotel is a short walk to the old town and is really the best option as it gives you everything you need.

Location, staff and value for money. Couldn't fault a thing. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Close to the Old Town. A perfect Hotel for what we were after.

The staff were fabulous , pool bar was great, especially at happy hour .. the rooms were nice and great aircon, which was much appreciated in the heat

this was our second stay at the bel Marina and I must say the breakfast was a let down, minimal choices and Bain marie often not re filled.. the toaster did not work and the tea was weak, need different tea choices , I think the new owners had applied cost cutting to the buffet breakfast.

Superb

Loved the pool size and the resort layout. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Was also great that you could use bikes free of charge.

There was limited storage in the bedrooms. An additional indoor living space in the villas would of been good. The temperature of the pools was very warm and at times too hot. Would of been nice to have some more shade by the pool.

Recommend as great facilities & good location

Great facilities, clean, spacious & comfortable. Excellent breakfasts. Poolside bar & staff excellent

Evening Dinning experience needs improvement. Quality of some Vietnamese dishes (eg beef noodles) not great. Western food - beef sirloin poor but pizzas good. Extended stay prior to arriving meant we had two bookings which then confused taxi transfer booking
