Must stay here, very good!!!

עברית למטה Everything was really good. The staff were amazing, they did everything with smile and helped us with whatever we needed. The room was perfect and looked exactly as in the photos. Break fast was delicious and satisfying. When we come back to Hoi An this is the place for us!!! המלון היה ממש ממש טוב, חדרים נקיים, גדולים, עם נוף מדהים, נראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות. המזגן עבד מצויין והמיטה נוחה. הצוות מקסים, נעים ואדיב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה (בוחרים מתוך תפריט בערב לפני) הפירות טריים וגם הלחם. המיקום היה טוב, אבל לא בדיוק במרכז אלא בשכונה שקטה קרוב לשם(כ5-10 דקות הליכה מהמרכז). מומלץ מאוד!!! שווה פי כמה מהוסטלים שעולים בערך אותו דבר או 10 שקל פחות.

No AC at the dining area, but there was a fan so it was ok. לא היה מזגן באיזור של הקבלה והארוחת בוקר, אבל זה ממש בקטנה כי יש מאוורר.

Really enjoyed the warm and friendly hospitality we found at Silk River!

The room was comfortable, our view of the river was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and super helpful! It was fantastic to be able to hop in the pool to cool off after returning from our exploring. And breakfast was delicious, with huge servings of fruit!

Our stay was cosy and relaxing. We will definitely come back next time!

Our room was very homey. It was spacious, but cosy enough for the two of us. We liked the small wet bar section and dining area separate from the bedroom, which would be very useful for longer stays. The view of the river was also very lovely. We liked that the villa was a bit further away from the bustling Old Town, so we had some relaxing peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, the villa's entrance was semi-flooded when we arrived due to heavy rainfall in the previous days. It made walking in and out of the villa harder, but fortunately, they had bikes to rent if you wanted to explore the area.

posizione davvero ottima, camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite. personale gentile e disponibile: ci hanno fatto una doggy bag la mattina della nostra partenza in quanto, partendo molto presto non potevamo usufruire della colazione. colazione nel complesso buona, alla carta, preparata al momento.

unica cosa negativa, se piove tanto l'ingresso nella strada dell'hotel si allaga (avevamo l'acqua fino alle caviglie) ma basta un pò di spirito di avventura per affrontare la cosa divertendosi

Best value for money and location for Hoi An adventures.

Wonderful staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable from every interaction. Great location just a short walk away from the hustle of old town. Well equipped rooms with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Delicious breakfast included each morning. Highly recommend staying here when in Hoi An.

Great Value for money

Property is in a good if you want something a little quieter, but not far from the hustle and bustle. Staff are amazing and were very accommodating when we decided to move on a few days early. Asked to hire a bike with a child seat, and they swiftly organised for us. Breakfast was great. Great value for money

Went for a swim in the pool and came out green from mould on the walls. If it is in wet season it floods badly at only entrance into hotel, and one is the last places to dry out - understand that’s hard for them to fix, and they do accommodate with free taxi for the day in and out - but soemthing to note - especially if you have a little one.

Nice hotel!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had an issue with a tour (booked via Viator), and they found a solution within 5 minutes. The breakfast had several choices and was tasty. The room was nice and well equipped.

The bathroom could be better. There is a window but could benefit from an extra air extractor. The location is a downside - 15 to 20 minutes walking from the center of the old town. The road is muddy and dark but on the other hand, it's a peaceful area.

Wonderful!

Hotel near the old town and Hoi An Memory Island. The room was very comfortable with a soft bed. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious and full, suitable for our taste. We will come back many times because we have many trips back to Vietnam.

The most relaxing time in Vietnam !

It's a place next to a beautiful river, about 10 minutes walk to Hoi An ancient town. Without any hustle and bustle, we had a deep and restful sleep after a tiring day. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming, they accommodated all our requests. Breakfast is Hoi An's specialty, simple but excellent, full of choices. The swimming pool is simple but clean and fully equipped. Worth the money to choose here.

A valuable vacation.

Receptionist Sue was very friendly, clearly showing us where to visit. The enthusiasm made us feel at home. This villa is located right next to Hoi An Memories so it is very convenient, walking along the river to Hoi An ancient town is only about 5 minutes walk. The room is fully equipped. The swimming pool is also very clean. Breakfast is nice. Worth coming back with our family.

Short family stay, pool needs improvement

The welcome was lovely, breakfast was good each day. The property is super close to the access bridge to Hoi An Memory Land - you can reach it on foot within approx 4 minutes. There are a couple of small local shops / sellers just a minute or two walk away for water, snacks etc.

Sadly the pool area, although pretty, was more like a water feature than a swimming pool as the water was sort of greeny and the kids were disappointed. I think that the hotel should improve this as we would have stayed longer if the pool was serviced / usable.

The room was spacious . The view from the window overlooking the river was awesome . Overall great value for money . Staff especially Lee was great . She suggested a great Taylor and we ended up getting a couple of dresses stitched from them . Highly recommended.

The accommodation was roomy and very comfortable. The studio has a spaced living room section and bedroom section with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The studio has a small balcony which was a pleasant place during evenings. The hotel staff was very helpful and help to arrange trips, motorbike rents, etc.

The studio has its own kitchen which was completely empty without any kitchen equipment (glass, plates, fork, spoon, chopsticks, etc.). The usage of the kitchen was limited...

Great location on Cam Nam - away from the awful old town, but close enough to visit it if you want to Lovely pool - nicely shaded in the afternoon Super king sized bed. Longe area and kitchenette Polite, helpful staff

Lovely place, great breakfast and amazing staffs

Super friendly and helpful staffs. Variety of options for breakfast. All is very delicious. The place has a swimming pool under a tree full of flowers. Here you can chill enjoying the bird chirping

Our room is on the 1st floor so no view. There is construction nearby, it seems so a bit noisy on the 2nd day

Very good

The staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great - a range of options. We also rented a bicycle so we could go to the beach and were walking distance from Old Town and the night market. Room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the river.

The bidet in our bathroom leaked and the shower drained very slowly (the bathroom flooded so showers had to be short!). Hopefully they have fixed that for the next people that stay there!
