Stunning location in the main resort area but can easily venture out. Super clean and modern rooms.
Fantastic breakfast included, plenty of on site activities to do and all the staff (and the people of Fiji) are super friendly!!
Not many vegetarian options for evening dining despite 5 on site restaurants.

Great room , pool area good
The restaurant was terribly hot it was hard to enjoy the food that looked sweaty , I had a juice from the machine and was ill for 2 days , they had too many private functions that interrupted the outside restaurant every time we planned to eat there !!

Location, how modern the building was, there was an adults only pool which wasn’t busy most days so was lovely!! Small mini Mart right next door!
Nothing!!

Great location, great food and great staff! The spa is a must!
Nothing really.

The property itself was great, no complaints.
How we got charged way more than what booking.com had advised upon visit was extremely confusing. Also nowhere during the booking we were advised that all-inclusive was going to be limited menu, no dining options except the one buffet restaurant. We would’ve not chosen if we knew we’d be so restricted with our choices.

Everything
Beds too soft

A special beautiful place, super friendly staff and lovely feel to the place. They could do a better cleaning job though specifically that they are overstaffed and underutilized. Also, the food quality and variety could do with some freshness and live up to the Sheraton standards.
As above

We loved everything about our stay here - the pool, the location, the restaurants, it was all wonderful!

Location and amenities were excellent
A bit confusing with the billing at checkout, but that seems fairly standard in Fiji

Awesome activities, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff. Love the Bula bus to get to the port. The resort is so clean and comfortable. You feel like you’re on holiday as soon as you arrive.
Overall a bit pricey. The beach wasn’t great but I imagine that’s the same for every resort in Denarau.

A stunningly beautiful hotel, the rooms were lovely and the garden setting was great- I even had a view of the ocean from my bed. Plenty of options for dining, including a coffee shop with pastries. Beautiful pools with an adult only pool too. The traditional Fiji dance and fire show was great- highly recommended.
There was no beach or azure blue water- the hotel is situated at the entrance to the harbour with a river inlet so the water was brown and muddy. A perfect hotel if you prefer lying by the pool but if you want to snorkel and enjoy the sea then this is not the hotel for you.
4.0 / 10.0
The service at the beach front and the beach front bar and restaurant as very good. The adults pool area was calm, quiet and cool. The Ocean View room was well appointed, comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were all very good.
Overall the resort was very very busy with families and big groups.
The restaurant and bar options were very limited, and greatly diminished from last time we visited the Sheraton 10 or so years ago.
The dinner buffet was crazy expensive - the most expensive option - we didn't go there. I can only imagine families ate down at the port. The beach front grill was good but a little pricey. The fried chicken and beer bar out by the road was just plain odd. Leaving only room service - which was a pretty good option and the one we used most often. This also allowed s to go out Yees Minimarket and buy wine and beer to have with it. A bottle of wine there will set you back less than a cocktail at the beach front bar.
It is a shame the Sota Bar has been closed down, glassed in and turned into a sort of holding pen for people who have checked out. This used to be a very cool bar, now it is just Yuck.
Another issue was the Spa - we went for a massage only to have it ruined by construction noise - be warned. The management did sort this out for us after some debate but we should have been wanted and given the option to cancel up front.
Overall disappointing for us as a couple. We wont be back.

breakfast was a great spread, my room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. love that there were plenty of activities happening at the resort for kids and adults alike. The staff were amazing, always saying Bula to us every time they meet us, the guys arranging transport were so helpful arranging taxis for us to get around and arranging airport transfers easily.
it was a very expensive stay - to be fair, it was super peak holiday period so it's to be expected. I had to call reception to have my in room water replaced as they were running late.

Bed was comfortable
Totally overpriced. Location only used for flight from Nadi, wouldn't spend a holiday there. Price of meals, having to book for restaurants in sittings. Limited selection and quality of snacks and coffee at 28.

Layout of the resort was superb, with quiet lawn areas near the beach away from the main complex. Very quiet room in an excellent complex. Outstanding in every way.
I found this place hard to fault. The mattress was slightly softer than I’m used to.

Sheraton hotel itself is very beautiful very modern. Breakfast is amazing! Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Two restaurants on the property is great. Location is great also.
Room cleanliness it was hit or miss depending on who cleaned our room. Sometimes the room and bathroom floors were cleaned and rest of the time they didn’t bother. You can still see what the previous guest left behind their fingerprints, dust and other minor nastiness. Slippers are only given once. Two slippers are given to family of four just like the bottles of water. Toiletries were missing for example body scrubs, body lotion, toothbrush and of course slippers. I was forced to use same slippers for my 5 day stay. I paid a good amount to stay here I expect everything to be absolutely clean and comfortable.

The location is magnificent.
The Gym is not located at the hotel which for the price you pay, seems extremely odd?

Great location friendly staff
The price of accomodation
We had a meal for 11 one of the nights and the beef was so tough you couldn’t eat it . To be fair we complained the lady was amazing and had money deducted from the bill but just shouldn’t happen at 115 Fijian a person

Everything was beautiful! Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds are comfy and the bathroom was very spacious. We had a garden view room which wasn’t too much of a walk to reception. Room was cleaned everyday. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was stunning with the sunset.
The only thing I could fault was the temperature in the shower kept changing and they never topped up the coffee but that’s it.

The breakfast was superb along with all the staff who went out of their way to help us.
The housekeeping were slightly lax in supplying the correct towels.
