A good refreshing start but limited long term enjoyment.

Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Staff were always attentive and proactive to assist. Room was large with nice decor and had obviously recently renovated or kept very well. Closeness to the marina. Porters available to move luggage up three floors.

Club Wyndham - I came for a holiday, not an investment opportunity but the pressure was on. Aircon blowing across bed. Limited dinner places. Everything is expensive, even the village stalls.

Not being able to book ice cream on account, the Indian girls always asked for cash. I did make a complaint to reception about this as it happened 4 times over several days.

Okay, but way too expensive.

Looked to be a fun family friendly place and there was a cultural show on at night time. The pool looked huge and amazing.

All the hotels on Denaru are poor value now. Just too dear for what's on offer. The guy carting baggage through the night should fix up his squeaky wheel. It's not that hard. And the shower sprayed all over my dry clothes which was very annoying.

Beautiful place to stay and relax. Worth enjoying with family and friends to relax.

the location is great and the facility is well maintained. The staff were very friendly as they provided the warmth of island touch. Kudos to the team of Whyndham.

Excelllent

I liked that units had washing and dryer facitlies. That there was plenty of pools and outdoor activies to particpate in. A great resort all round.

Breakfast were ok, little pricy for what they were.

Amazing feel and welcoming by all staff. The pool, bar and restaurants were never too busy to have us accommodated for. An amazing place to stay with a family.

Great experience.

Everything was good here. We liked our room and the staffs were very nice too. We did not like the bathroom. Its a bit too risky to get into the bathtub and out of it. we would have preferred a normal shower bathroom instead of bathtub. Everything else here was very good. The food is great and we were happy that the there was in house dining available all night.

Extremely enjoyable and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were the best part of the stay. Most were so welcoming and friendly. Absolutely loved the swim up bar and whole place felt so relaxing. The beachshack restaurant food was delicious... Especially the carbonara. Our room was lovely and spacious.

The pushy hard sell at the timeshare talk. I found the concept quite appealing at the beginning of the talk and was seriously considering buying in. Unfortunately as the session went on I felt pushed and the hard sell got too much and I pulled away completely. That put a slight dampener on the rest of the day. The treatments at the spa, while quite nice, were a little pricey for the quality. Our toenails and skin around the toenails have been a little tender since the pedicures. Probably will not use spa in the future if we return.

Great hotel to arrive in Fiji and before departure. Nice pool area with a fantastic big pool.

Pre-arrival was not great. They send a long standard email with pre-arrival information, instead if just answering the questions and many Corona information were out of date. Check-in took us 30 min and they kept us waiting for no recognisable reasons.

Loved the location, first time staying at Wyndham, enjoyed our 2 night stay and the breakfast was great and the apartment was awesome.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was pleasantly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel boasts a large pool area with a plethora of fun activities for children. In summary, the hotel's facilities are top-notch and exceeded our expectations in many ways."

The hotel's internet connection is quite poor, which may not be suitable for anyone planning to work remotely during their stay. Additionally, the shower facilities appear to be outdated and could benefit from some upgrades. Moreover, it's important to note that the breakfast provided with the room is not a buffet breakfast. Instead, guests receive vouchers for each day and have to order from the menu. However, as each order is freshly cooked, the morning rush can result in long wait times of up to 1-1.5 hours at times. Considering the high room rates, we were expecting a buffet breakfast and were somewhat disappointed with the arrangements. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, there are certain areas for improvement that would make the experience more enjoyable and worthwhile for guests.

it was nicely laid out with well kept surroundings

the confusion at reception regarding our booked and paid for breakfast. every morning we had extreme difficulty and embarrassment with staff ( only doing their job by the way and who were curtious all the time) all due to an argumentative person at reception called “Farisha I think ‘ this person does not know her job well enough to be front of house. fortunately for us a lady called “Ani” sorted our issue out on the day we left !!! yesterday. when you book and pay for B&B you don’t expect to be told there’s a limit on your choice of breakfast up to a value of $30 !!!!.it certainly ruined our stay for a beautiful resort

The Fijian staff were exceptionally friendly. Loved the impromptu singing performances through the resort' the roving uke and guitar player's the fire twirlers and all the other cultural activities the staff managed for guests.
