A bit dated otherwise nice place to stay. Great location and couldn’t hear any outside noise
Needs a heat pump

Location was fantastic so easy to walk evereiin village for meals
Bulb needed replacing in bathroom

Close to ferry terminal
The state of the room For 728 dollars for 2 night was well below par. The Hilton would have been cheaper and 4 stars nicer.
Drafts coming through windows as glass about to fall out.
Heating was useless.
Bathroom was better at a camp ground. Tiling was terrible, like a 6 year old had done it. Paint falling off the walls and ceilings. Extension leads running into bathroom for outside light.

Location was perfect 👍
Fawlty towers came to mind. Window didn’t shut nor did the curtains, that were a bit too gros to touch anyway. Shower went from freezing cold to boiling hot. Bed was clean but bouncy like an air mattress. Laughable but a bit too pricey to really appreciate the humour of the situation.

The hotel did not serve breakfast which was unusual. The position of the hotel was ideal with easy access to all local amenities.

Comfortable, spacious, beautiful views
Needs a bit of an update

Location, location, location
Grand old lady but lack of attention to minor details, eg badly ripped net curtains, curtain not attached to track, enamel coating lifting from bath, plastic shower curtain & no breakfast offering detracts from what could be an exceptional accommodation experience

Love this place, clean and tidy with good size rooms.
Service was a little slow on check in. Had to wait a long time for someone to come to the front counter.

Room was a good size with interesting facilities (hob, fridge, sink etc....) but nothing luxurious or new. Easy check in and bed was comfortable with nice views over the harbour.
Check out was way way too early at 10am. This was a break for myself and wife and a sleep in would have been greatly appreciated but instead we felt time pressure to get up and out due to the extremely early check-out.

Location
Tired interior, not as clean as would have liked, no plug in bathroom sink,

we liked the location of the property and the view from the room.
Something on the roof outside our window was making an annoying clanging noise all night.
This didn’t make for a good night’s sleep.
This hotel could really do with a good tidy up, as it is showing it’s age.
The mattress on the bed was very tired too.

Location was great and the bed comfortable.
The toilet leaked at the foot of the bowl, the shower was small and the sink /kitchenette was a small laundry trough.
No cieling fans or A/C few powerpoints and little room for your luggage. It is a very old hotel but we have stayed in similar places in the past and they had renovated the interior of the room beautifully. There were very small ants both in the bed and the bathroom.
