Très bien.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel très agréable. L’hôtel est à 10min de l’aéroport.

Certains voisins un peu trop bruyants.

wohltuend große Räume, angenehm große Betten, großzügig ausgestattetes Bad gute Lage, nicht direkt im Trubel des Zentrums gutes, vielseitiges Frühstücksangebot vor allem: ausgesprochen freundliches, gästeorientiertes und hilfsbereites Personal

Die Qualität der Küche Im Vergleich zur regionalen Gastronomie zu hohe Preise bei Speisen und Getränken

Overall experience is Excellent

Everything. From the facility to its location to the food and even the staff.

We weren’t able to use the big pool because it under renovation.

aircon in the room, Mary and Via Luxa at reception are really nice and helpful

no fruits for breakfast (no bananas, no mango, etc...), bread is hard, pancakes are raw. Quantity over quality. Lunch was not good; crispy pork was clearly recooked and the taste was bad. There is a fee for booking the ferry. The beach is really ugly, very rocky. Room is old and there are stains on the toilet seat. Guards are hassling for private tours. No water available in the hotel to fill up the water bottles. 6.30AM very noisy because there were guests for a wedding celebration

A Great Stay. We will be back

All Staff were excellent. Very welcoming. The pool restaurant offers good menu and drinks. The rooms were superb. Clean. It met our expectations. Our driver was very professional picking us up from the Pier and taking us back. The reception staff were excellent welcoming us and arranging our all requirements Breakfast food were excellent. Great choices

The Beach. We were not able to swim as it's too rocky. not sandy. that was disappointing.

Overall the experience was great throughout our stay.

I like the Staff very professional and helpful made my whole family feel so welcome. The food was great especially my now favorite adobo rice highly recommended

Only thing I didn't like was they didn't have Red Horse that's all

Kids like the pool and the big comfort room.

We didn't like the first day because we waited for almost 3 hours for our room to be ready not like in Mithi Resorts that we just waited for only 10 minutes eventhough we had couple hours before our actual chek in time. Then, we didn't like after we check in, the receptionist called us in our room saying they're going to charge my extra person for my Family which i don't agree because i booked the hotel few months already and i didn't heared from the site i booked to aware that i had to pay for extra. Then on the last day we're going to check out, i waited for 30 minutes on the hot day at the reception, waited for clearance to go while they check our room. Then they want us to charge for a cup noodles because at first they accused us that we replaced their small cup noodles with the large cup noodles which clearly the room attendant didn't pay attention when they check the room after the previous customer left.

Mixed feelings

+ large bathroom with freestanding bathtub and rainshower + nice pool + good position directly near alona beach

- room looks empty and not very welcoming - staff was sometimes not reachable - smoking only in the smoking area in front of the hotel, no seating there) - a lot of kids there(count to positive if you are family and like this kind of stuff:)) - you can hear everything through the walls of the room and as the rooms are located directly at the pool it was very noisy

Amazing Pool Resort at best Location in Panglao

The wide range of diversity of Breakfast. Excellent and divine Food at best Service. The Staff is extremely kindly and helpful at all times. Especially the luxery Rooms are stunning and very comfortable. Moreover,, the whole facility is breathtaking with its large infinity Pools and amazing garden environment.

The beach is barely rocky and narrow and could be much bigger in terms of swimming and water Sport activities.

bathroom is quite dirty, not cleaned properly, hairs everywhere bathroom shower is a serious design flaw as the water gets under the tiles and the entire bathroom has water coming up from between the tiles

a quiet yet beautiful resort

a very big property with amazing rooms and very nice staff. they will help you out when they can with your stay. there is also complimentary kayaking if you would like to explore. the pool is also very clean and beautiful.

Very disapointed by hotel (no) communication .... SHAME

Very disapointed by hotel communication. We had to leave one night earlier because Cube Pacific Airlines changed our flight. So we asked for refund. Hotel anwer: One big LIE. Their answer is that we stayed all four nights even if I sent them flight ticket and even we had proof of accomadition from another hotel. And now they do not communicate. Is this how four star hotel take care of their guests?
