It was a pleasant and recommendable stay ❤️

I must say that Landlord is very nice and can communicate and solve problems in time. The location and security are perfect.

I think the sanitation is not very good, it needs more careful and deep cleaning (including bathroom etc.)

Living the dolce vita x

Location was excellent. Coliseum and metro station within a minute. Very quiet and very easy to get around Rome

The location was great, perfect! The hosts were very attentive....I called a couple times and the response was always prompt. The hosts set up airport transfers which I thought was very pricey (and we had to pay cash) but it was well worth it for for 4 of us. Very prompt, nice cars and professional drivers. Thank you!

It was a bit smaller than the pictures appeared. It was listed for 5 people, there were 4 of us, it would have been cramped for 5. There was a manual on how to use the appliances, had to pull up a QR code which we couldn’t do for some reason. Would have been nice to have it written out. It could have been a bit cleaner, rug looked like it needed vacuumed, surfaces a bit dusty but hey, I am a clean freak! I am used to United States AnB’s so thought there might be more staples, salt, pepper, hand soap, maybe even coffee!

Excellent location. great Host

The properties location was excellent! Once you walk out the secure entrance you could see the Colosseum. It was less then a 5 minute walk to the entrance. There were also so many places to eat or grab a drink. At night the apartment was very quiet and felt very safe especially because there was the Italian military was watching over the Colosseum all night long. Alla our host was very quick to respond to any of my text messages. We only stayed for two nights so the place was perfect for that amount of stay. There is a small kitchenette in the apartment but, we really did not use anything except for the refrigerator. the kitchenette is really not suited to make a big meal but, why would you when there are so many good places around to grab some food. If I ever return to Italy I would want to stay at the location again. Thanks again Alana for a great vacation experience!

Fantastic place and perfect location

Perfect location on a great restaurant street just 10 mins walk from the forum, colosseum, and trevi fountain. Interior was beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

Very cozy and old fashioned building with easy access by application click. Located near Colosseo - you see it each time you come to or exit the apartment. Only 5 min. by foot to restorants and food stories. Metro station and all transportation in 100 meter gap . Very responsive and kindly host owner. I recommend this apartment.

Great stay marred by some minor flaws.

Brilliant location, good size, well presented.

There were four guests, but there weren’t four glasses/cups/plates etc, which was odd. Also, access was only by internet enable smartphone app, and no keys were available, which presented a safety risk, and was inconvenient as the person with the app had to be around to let you in or out. Lastly, there were only thin pillows on the beds, and only one each - at least two pillows per person please.

Hospitality! Location! Modern!

Location and Hospitality was excellent! Alla was an exceptional host and always available for any requests. A stones throw away from the Coloseum , a modern and hassle free check in. Great value and comfortable apartment.

Everything. Management was in touch with us at all times. Apartment was really nice and comfortable and in a prime location, near to most points of interest. Walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Piazza Navona and Pantheon, and reasonably close to Vatican City and Colosseum.

23 VIA DEL COLOSSEO - ACCEPTABLE WITH SHORTCOMINGS

We stayed at 23 Via Del Colosseo location for 5 days between 11-16 November, 2022. 1) Location is unbeatable. The apartment is in the courtyard of a very nice building and once you step on the street, Colosseum stands right in front of you. And the subway station is right around the corner. 2) Owner Alla is such a nice person. Our communication before and during our stay was good. 3) There are two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 4) There were essentials in the kitchen like salt, sugar and oil. There were even umbrellas for rainy days which was a nice touch. 5) The apartment was warm and cozy. 6) There is a 24hr open Carrefour Express nearby which was a life saver. 7) Beds were comfortable.

1) The apartment was not clean. At all. And we addressed this issue to Alla. 2) The couch and the 4 chairs were also very dirty. 3) We were 3 adults and 1 child (of 12) and the living room was not big enough for the 4 of us. Since we were out for the good part of the day, this wasn't much of an issue for us. 4) When we arrived, there were no toilette papers. But the next day Alla had them provided. 5) The teflon pans and pots were scratched deeply to the point of being unusable so we asked Alla to send a new set. She was kind enough to send brand new ones on the same day. 6) The blanket was in between two sheets and it constantly came off. It needs to be buttoned in.

Rome from the Coliseum

It's convenient to so much of what you have to see and do in Rome. The Metro station is a short walk. Many buses pass nearby. There's a decent selection of restaurants in the Cavour/Coliseum area. I would definitely go back.

Possibly a more regular deep clean is necessary, particularly in the showers, which is a fixation of mine.

disappointment over the cleanliness!!!

the location although i booked a property near via giulia and surprisingly we were sent to via panisperna.

the terrible stench in ALL BATHROOMS are unbearable. we had to buy an air freshener but it was not sufficient. Stains all over the apartment. We were happy to see about the terrase but before realizing it was as filthy as the apartment itself with dilapidated furniture an ashtray full of cigarette butts. I know it’s to give a BaD Mark especially at this period when tourism was badly hit, but it shouldn’t be a reason not to have the basic cleanliness which people expect. I hope my comments will be taken in due consideration and will help improve the quality of your services. the apartment could really become very pleasant if given the proper attention and care!

Nice place but the location was not what I wanted

The location was not what I expected. When I reserved on Booking, it was mentioned that the place was in the vicinity of Piazza Navona. Eventually, when I got the exact address, I did not check where it was but it was not close to the Piazza Navona. It was close to the Coliseum. I don't think this is very honest.

Central located apartment in Rome

The apartment was in a central location just behind the Forum Romanum, you can't beat that. Walking distance to lots of cafes and bars, to Forum, Colosseum, Altare della Patria and more. We had a loft with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms and kitchen area. Attentive and nice hosts.

Everything you want and need near to the Colosseum

The place had everything you want as a traveller. Great location. A large are where you can sit in a sofa/ at the table. Two large bedrooms with 2 (!) bathrooms, which is very nice. The kitchen was more than sufficient and had everything you needed. A big plus is also the mobile app we had. You can access/open the doors via an app. Thus it is not needed to take the key with you all the time. Also an excellent communication with the responsible (Alla). Very clear & very fast answer to all your questions, big plus!

Not that much sunlight but who sits inside when travelling to Rome anyway?
