The Room was beautiful and spacious. The decor was so pretty and we had a beautiful balcony with lovely views. It was nice to start and end the day on the balcony. All of the staff were exceptional.
I loved everything!
8.0
Amazing location and views! staff were exceptionally polite and helpful
when there was even just a prediction of rain they would close the outdoor areas so we didn’t get to enjoy the terrace at all

Beautiful location once you got there. The fourth floor terrace where the bar was open from 5-10pm was great. Room was clean, lift inside the hotel was good. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning.
Stairs. Since I arrived by bus, I climbed down 200 stairs with my luggage and backpack to get to the hotel. If I’d come from the lower level, it would have been going up stairs. Positano is stairs, plain and simple, and not designed in any way for those who can’t do stairs (I tweaked my knee early on during this trip and was in misery). You can’t get a cab to the hotel from the sea level, and I should have investigated getting one from the bus stop. The only way to have done this right with luggage would be to come in by ferry and have the porter service (15 euro per bag) deliver your bag(s) to the hotel, but you would have to climb up 300+ stairs to get to the hotel regardless. So if stairs is not your thing, or you’re not capable of climbing many, I’d reconsider this hotel and maybe even Positano, which is sad because it’s so beautiful.

Quite simply when we entered our room the view took our breath away, the best view we've ever had. Our favourite moment of the holiday was having breakfast on this balcony. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier, giving advice on restaurants and beaches, we really didn't want to leave. If you come to Positano you MUST stay here!!

That we only stayed one night

The room was comfortable with a super view of the city and the water. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive and helpful.
It was clearly noted before we booked but the steps from the road. Thankfully the hotel helped with our bags going both up and down.

Unbelievable views from the patio! the rooms are a decent size, cute and clean as well. staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well! Our room had a mountain view and a little city view with a patio even though we hadn’t picked that out. Nice touch! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Location couldn’t be better.
The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. just be warned the hotel is off the main path and even if you take a car up, you will still need to walk stairs. It’s quite expensive and not worth the price, but everything here is expensive.

The view from breakfast was breathtaking, even with the option to sit outside and enjoy the view.
The option to take a beach towel from the hotel was handy.
Warm and friendly staff.
There is a lot of steps in order to get to the hotel but that is really the only thing I can think of.

absolute perfection. get the balcony, you won’t regret it. breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in Europe. people say not to come in the winter but they were very wrong. only three nice restaurants open in town but without the crowds our stay was wonderful and staff.
so many stairs but if you don’t like stairs don’t come to the amalfi coast!

too long stairs to arrive , but the city is called the city of the stairs, so all the places have the same issue

Amazing views of the ocean. Breakfast had decent range of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful
There was a high wind weather warning one evening. Our floor had roof access and the howling winds (obviously not in hotels control) that did create a door rattling noise all night from both our balcony door (despite being shut) and hallway
