Had a few issues with arriving late and staff where so accommodating even at 1am
Guy on front desk even offered to move his own car to allow me to park very considerate
Heating in one room didn’t work but the man on reception gave a heater to use

Location wasn't bad and had lots of local food places should we want to go out to eat. Room was clean and plenty of towels provided considering we only booked for 2 people. The room was very basic but we expected that. Plug sockets actually fit a MacBook Charger in too.
- Accessible toilet was fine.
- Beds were fine and had quick response buttons should assistance be needed.
We specifically booked this hotel due to the fact it was reasonable priced and had accessible rooms. The accessibility factors have a lot to desire.
First night we had no problems with parking but on night 2 (in which we actually didn't end up staying) was told to park across the street as their carpark was full and no disabled spaces left. If you have ever tried to use a wheel chair with luggage and having to travel a distance you will know this isn't an easy task and the way the guy on reception dealt with the situation wasn't great. We also weren't asked about any assistance needs should there be a fire - we were on the first floor and didn't know the procedure should we need to evacuate with a wheelchair.
All of the accessible factors wouldn't have been so frustrating if the member of staff had been helpful and considerate in the situation but there seemed to be a lack of training in how to manage accessible situations.
Facilities in the room:
- We had a walk in shower with 2 shower chairs however the one attached to the wall wasn't even in the shower and the second wasn't the most secure to use.
- Windows and blinds were NOT at an accessible height. Thankfully I was able to reach as an able-bodied person but should my client be in that room alone she wouldn't of been able to open & close the window or blinds as both were too high to access from a wheelchair...

Ideal location for staying the night when playing ice hockey at the ice rink.
Room was £130 per night for an ibis budget hotel. The facilities were far below budget but the price tag was not budget. I have stayed in very nice 4* hotels in London for the same fee. The room was tiny, the toilet and shower were so compact they were uncomfortable to use and the beds were solid.

Location
Bed was not comfortable paper caps and no coffee making facilities in the room. Room very small no proper bathroom only one chair

Staff were fine and transport links were good
Value for money. I paid £90 and the room doesn’t even have a kettle or hair dryer. Just felt expensive for very little, except a bed to sleep in
3.4
Comfy bed and nice shower not much more to note other than that, has everything I needed to be honest although on it would have been better to have included something it unfortunately didn't but it wasn't the end of the world.
On the booking.com listing it stated airconditioning was included however upon arriving at the hotel and entering the room there was a information plate on the wall stating it was a heating and air cooler (even tho it didn't cool only heated the room to 20*c and cool'd the room to 20*c if above 21*c, a little strange but it is a budget hotel after all other than that good value!

Not much to like it was a budget hotel
Room was too cold to sleep, and if i turned the heating on the fans in the room kept me awake because how unmaintained and loud it was (most likely just that room). I would have been better off sleeping in the car.

Didnt have breakfast, location was just right for the arena
The room we where given was an accessible one, which we didn't need, the problem was the toilet didn't flush very well,it took nearly all night to fill up

Location great for Arena- good for restaurants in the nearby complex. We were visiting Sheffield University so took the tram into the city. The staff were very helpful and left the car for 24 hours for a £7 charge.
Would be nice to have tea making facilities in the room.

CLOSE PROXIMITY TO VENUE

Location was great for Sheffield Arena (next door)
Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good although it was very busy and not enough seating.
One of the towels provided was very dirty, but changed quickly at reception.
It would be nicer if the bathroom facilities were in one room rather than as part of the bedroom (the toilet cubicle was a bit claustrophobic)

So close to the arena, literally a two minute walk. If you view it as just somewhere to sleep it is OK, nothing special but not terrible. Take a kettle.
We knew it would be basic so can't even say that was negative but it could do with a lick of paint. The breakfast isn't worth paying extra for, only had it because it was included. But literally just toast/bread cereal or a mini muffin. Small choice of stale cheese and ham.

Great location for what I needed
I was given my key and when I walked into my room someone was in the bed and screamed at my son. The member of staff on reception really didn't seem bothered!
There was blood marks on the wall and in the toilet.

Value for money and location
EV Charging Car Park space being used by a non EV car therefore blocking a charging space

The room was clean and tidy if a little sparse, reminded me of a crew birth onboard ship.
The pull out bunk above the double bed is a great design idea and good use of space.
Close proximity to Sheffield Arena.
Extortionate charge for a 'continental' breakfast.
Limited on-site parking and chargeable off-site parking.

Clean room. Heating good
Would prefer to have chair in.

The room was very comfortable, a little more storage space would be good though for those who stay more than 4 or 5 days. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of variety.
The one thing I did miss was a laundry. Sheffield seems to have a shortage of them. I was staying for two weeks so I had to travel to find one, it was very good but it would have been better if it was on the property.

Kissen waren sehr unbequem

It was very cheap
We booked a room with a double and a single, it wasn't made clear on the website that it was bunkbeds and its a good taxi ride out of the centre.
