Everything we needed was there.
Beautiful villa and pool and so private
There was nothing not to like

Great location on the outer edge of Muri beach, where the water is clearer. Great snorkelling- saw turtles and rays straight out from the resort. Bit of an effort to get out to the good swimming at low tide though. We had a 3 bed, 2 bath standard Villa. Quiet and private, plenty of space.
Beds are very soft (yeah, first world problems but still not good for backs).

The location is the best spot on the island. There are a couple of shops across the road and a coffee cart plus a fantastic bar with sensational food about 300m aways. Walk straight into the lagoon and snorkeling with fish in under 20 seconds. Wi-Fi is really expensive in Cook Islands with Vodaphone and the accommodation has unlimited for 5 devices which is great.
could not fault our stay. Everything was fine.

Privacy. Close to cafes, shops & restaurants. Close to tourist attractions.
Didn’t have onsite dryer. Pool was too cold,

View of the lagoon.
Tired decor. Uncomfortable seating indoors and insufficient storage for luggage and not enough shelving for two guests. Lack of shelter/ rain cover over sun lounges and outdoor table and chairs on wet days. Poor service generally and inadequate check-in service. Stingy amenities eg. only two coffee pods and a few tea bags for four days stay for two guests. Located at rocky end of the beach.

We wish we could’ve stayed longer absolutely perfect

Location is quite good. Just out of the hustle and bustle. Right on the beach. Beach villas have the best views. Garden Villas are able to access the beach easily.
Should have booked the beach villa for the extra money. You come to the Cook Islands for the beautiful water views.

The villa was spacious and lovely. Pool was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Filtered water on site and refillable bottles in the fridge was excellent. Glad to see eco friendly practices here.
Nothing not to like.

Good facility, but perhaps not as full a package as we might have preferred.
Staff were good but suffered from the image of being the "little sister" to Pacific Resort.
Transfer/shuttle arrangements were good, but I was surprised that we needed them.
The need to arrange shuttle to get to Pacific Resort.
It really is a stand-alone facility, and the availability of a hire car 24/7 is almost mandatory.

The beautiful view of the lagoon from our room. The use of kayaks was great too.
I wish they had have told us about the availability of bikes on the property.

The villa is beautiful and the private pool a huge bonus. 10/10 for cleanliness.

Location was great. We were in Villa 9, next to the office but there was no road noise at all. The beach is good for swimming and snorkelling, and there is a small supermarket across the road for essentials - including wine and beer. We availed ourselves of the spa for a massage which was great value and quality.
We didn't make use of the shuttle to the Pacific Resort as we had a car. Only a very short drive to Pacific Resort, which had a good restaurant, pool and a better beach than at Te Manava.
Internet was pretty standard for Rarotonga - offhand I think it was $30 for 10Gb total over 7 days.
Bring a portable speaker as there was no music or radio in Villa 9.

An absolutely stunning place to stay. Faultless, everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday is catered for. The team will also go out of their way to make your stay special. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
Nothing. It's amazing!

The villa was beautiful, well set up, good location and friendly staff.
Our pool was freezing, villa 4B. The pool got no sun throughout the day due to location, so was a little disappointing as it meant we didn’t use it as often as we had planned when booking and when we did use it, it was for a very short time!

We were transferring from another resort and were able to get an early check in so didn't have to sit around waiting and could go straight to our Villa. Loved having the private plunge pool in the sheltered courtyard.
We were surprised that we had to pay extra to have the rooms made up given the high cost of the accommodation, we were only staying three nights so we didn't need any extra cleaning so didn't check what the extra cost would have been.
Ditto the charge for the coffee pods.
