the best thing about this property is stuff, especially Manager - dinner in garden with jazz performance was fantastic
expected more rustical interiour

The room was comfortable - but not in a great location. Directly over the restaurant, with bright lights each evening. As we were staying for 7 nights we should have been on the other side of the reception area - where it was quiet.
A shuttle was available every night to take us into town with a variety of restaurants.
Market on Thursday was very good
It was lovely weather and my daughter and I were at the pool most days. Unfortunately what ever was added to the pool water - has completely ruined my swimsuits, along with my silver necklace.
The position of our room was not great for a long stay.
The main restaurant that served lunch and dinner - has the same 3 courses every day. It was quite a la carte with no other options - sandwiches etc on offer for lunch.

Amazing service, amazing setting and amazing area to stay in. Will definitely be returning
Would have been good to have a separate lunch menu as it was the same for dinner and lunch

Very service minded front desk and front desk staff, including valet service.
Their michelin restaurant was incredible. We had an outstanding meal with great local wine and a view to die for.
Very quiet and great for relaxing.
Amazing surroundings and beautiful building.
Private large balcony (we had one of the lesser priced rooms).
Charging of electrical car.
Nice staff.
Room: The shower was a bath, so we had to hold the handle.
Restaurant: For the prices, the service is not good enough. Here I mean, not attentive to needs of new refreshments, mainly. I also received a well-done steak after ordering medium rare and had to wait 20 minutes for a new one, resulting in us not eating together and a cold side dish.
The cleaning took very long when we needed to change into swimming gear.
The gym was too hot with limited equipment.
For the level of stars, some things could be better.

The team of the hotel is above any expectations, I am very grateful to all of you, who work in the hotel, for making my stay unforgettable wonderful experience. Special thank you to the leader of concierges and his team.
Food is excellent, pools are very nice, garden is beautiful, views and overall atmosphere of the hotel I would describe as heaven if you would like to be close to Aix-en- Provence and enjoy nature at the same time.
some of the rooms on the ground floor don't have privacy - passing by people can disturb you

quaint
x2 pools
friendly staff
limited pool beds as towels weren’t removed from beds when people were finished.
everything was an add-on so felt like we had to spend a lot more than we planned to enjoy the place

Les Lodges Sainte-Victoire is a beautiful, peaceful property set among lush greenery w/ a stunning view of Montagne Sainte-Victoire. The staff is so friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The large very private balcony was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Not a deal-breaker but one evening, my friend and I went to L'Atelier for cocktails after having dinner in Aix. We were still a bit hungry but didn't want a heavy meal, so we asked if we could each just get a salad and french fries. The kitchen accommodated our request but I was a bit put off by being charged $30 each for the meal when the entree including the salad, fries, and protein was $37. That came across to me as maybe an arrogant chef who scoffed at us ordering something "off-menu." Despite my distaste for the price, the salad and fries were outstanding. For what my two cents are worth, I would suggest that L'Atelier offers a small bites/tapas menu for those who might want to nibble over cocktails and limit this menu to the lounge seating areas, not the dinner tables.

the place is amazing. The staff is super nice.
no coffee machine for 5 star hotel. just instant with electric kettle. The outdoor is not maintained lot of rust dry leaves in pool. The food at the restaurant is not good and no options. Sometimes you want to stay in and have something simple like pasta burger pizza ... but there were only complicated not clever and not tasty options.

The location, the service, the staff, the comfort, the cleanliness, the ambiance, the food, the beautiful views.
Nothing, however I would like to make a recommendation regarding the shower in the classic rooms. A wall mounted shower head would be much more convenient instead of a hand held shower head.

Beautiful property (interior and exterior), super helpful staff, would love to go back.

Mostly gardens and the decoration
Breakfast. Even it is not cheap, they charge extra for an omlette. Never hapenned anywhere else. (omlette came wrong and was not tasty)

The staff in general were very helpful and pleasant. The Vietnamese lady at breakfast was delightful, and so were the 2 male concierges. Unfortunately, the three waiters in the non-Michelin restaurant in the evening were lazy and inattentive. We had to go looking for them to order a dessert, one was sitting on the floor, one was standing against the bar and one was leaning against the wall all chatting between themselves and ignoring the guests.
Having stayed in many standards of hotels, including 5 star hotels all over the world, this hotel has been our biggest disappointment for reasons already stated. Just can't understand how this hotel was given a 5 star rating, 4 would have been a very generous rating. This is the first time we have checked out early due to poor standards. The internet photos were very selective and not representative of the hotel in general or we wouldn't have booked it in the first place.

The property is stunning with beautiful grounds and heated outdoor pools. Rooms were spacious and amenities luxiurious However, what made this property truly exceptional was the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Special thanks to Phillipe, Benoit and Cynthia for your kindness.
The property is located 15 minute drive from the city of Aix En Provence. Ubers are tough to get during rush hours. Definitely recommend pre-ordering taxis if you have to be somewhere on time.

We really like everything, but in particular the attention to detail and helpfulness of the concierges stood out. They found great restaurants for us, beach clubs and more (and they also took care of making the booking). We were well prepared but they really ensure our experience topped our expectation. Big thanks to Benoît, Laurent and Sébastien! They were also able to find a great English speaking babysitter so we (the parents) could enjoy a nice dinner at the on-site Michelin star restaurant.
The sauna was really good to, and so were the on-site massages and beauty salon offerings.
The pools and indoor changing area could use some more maintenance love (some minor damage and wooden doors in the mens changing room that need to be replaced)

We had a great stay in your hotel. The friendliness of all the staff was outstanding good. The massage in the Spa was heavenly. And also the lunch in St. Esteve was extraordinary good.
Thank you for all.

Nice room with plenty of space. Two pools, garden. Breakfast outside. Reception team is very welcome and friendly. Easy to park the car.
Breakfast can be better as well as people serving it.
