This location is absolutely stunning. It sits perfectly between Mazunte and San Agustinilla beaches. The staff was wonderful. Manager Salomon provided his WhatsApp address so that we could reach him with any needs. He was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. The view from the pool is stunning.
We loved it all.

We did not want to leave. You can sense how special this place is the moment you walk into the front door. The views are insane. They make everything so easy. You are catered to like you are a king and queen. There is a beautiful private beach area. The rooms are huge and have everything you may need. Salomon, the manager, is the nicest and most accommodating host. He made sure everyone at the hotel was welcomed and well taken care of. The area is just a hop skip to the downtown. I loved this place and will always remember this special place.
We rented a room with a pool. The pool was quite cold and we didn't spend much time in it. However, the pool beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. It was very relaxing.

The location here is everything. Great views. No beach access so very private. Nice pool.
The most expensive hotel we stayed at in Mexico over a 3 week period. Expectations are high when paying this kind of money. Cannot fault the location nor the view. The front desk manager Victor was very friendly as were a couple of the maintenance employees.
However the property had a general feeling of malaise. They are obviously in need of some general maintenance. I suspect this has nothing to do with employees but from higher up.
Zero sun protection on deck. From sunup to sundown it was too hot to sit outside to take in the splendid views.
Construction of our unit allowed very large gaps in the joinery, so insects easily gained entry . We do not have insect phobias , quite the contrary, but they were definitely getting in.
The shower looks good in photos , but stepping in and out of it safely is another thing. Took forever to balance the temperature, which makes it extremely difficult to conserve water as the sign in bathroom encourages you to do. I used 10x the amount of water I normally use just trying not to scald myself.
The wifi was weak .
The main reason I would not stay here again is because I like to wake up early , especially in Mexico heat, and have a cup of coffee . There may have been a coffee maker in room but it was definitely not worth using . A Motel 6 on Interstate whatever , would have a much better room coffee maker. The restaurant by pool does not open until 8 or 830 . So we had to drive into the town, stumble around until we found a decent cup . By the time we returned to the hotel we were hot and bothered . This kind of establishment should have a coffee and beverage station set up so guests can help themselves at any hour. At least put in a Keurig machine in the room . There was no big water jug in room either.
Last but not least, the resort manger, or this is who I suppose it to be, could not be bothered to say hello or introduce himself or inquire as to our stay. Despite the fact the hotel was not near full.

The views from the pool and rooms were amazing. the staff (especially Salomon) were incredibly attentive and friendly.

Everything was perfect, Solomon was so helpful with everything. The girl at the restaurant(can't remember her name) was super amazing and super helpful. Everyone was so friendly at the property it felt like home. So much positive energy in the place that when you enter you have already decided that you will be back one day
Everything was perfect

Best service I’ve ever experienced. Solomon was an amazing manager and host. Incredible views that you have to see to believe

so chill, Salomon was the best! this is the most chill place with the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced in my life!
nothing, all was amazing
4.6
it’s a stunning place with a perfect view and a top notch host
Keep in mind there is a vast difference between the rooms. We moved half way through our stay and it was like being in an entirely different hotel. The gap between a master suite and a double is immense
4.6
the location and views were great.
the bathtub for a honey moon suite was too uncomfortable, towels are old and have holes, specially the ones for the pool. it’s too over priced considering the outdated areas of the room. I wouldn’t stay here again, unless their prices are more reasonable for what you get.
4.6
The pool and landscaping.
The room size and view.
The food (both dinner and breakfast were excellent).
The feeling of seclusion.
The location (closely located to good beaches but slightly apart from them).
Nothing.

The property is beautiful, the manager very nice, good food. Really don't have much to complain about.
Everything was good at the hotel, but prepare to walk a lot up and down the stairs.
What I didn't like was the general area outside the hotel, the beaches are not that great and there isn't much to do, but obviously this is not the hotel's fault. They could maybe offer more activities.

The room was pretty with a beautiful view
The private pool we paid 800 USD for was broken for a day and night and dirty!
It was fixed and we couldn't use until 3pm the next day.
The downstairs lights were broken - again 800 USD unacceptable
The cleaning staff threw something away accidently - we asked the manager to help he accused us of trying to get money from him - we went down the bins ourselves to show him we were not lying - unacceptable to be accused how he did
Absolute waste of money - there's better options for the big price tag! Highly disappointed

The views and the exclusivity of this hotel are special. Very few rooms (I believe 8) make this a true boutique hotel.
You can have breakfast on your balcony looking at the ocean and the food is delicious, we had several meals at the hotel and everything was very good.
Also - take a yoga class! We had a lot of fun!
Wifi is tricky but works better in the restaurant area (badly in the rooms), AC available but not very powerful.
4.6
It is an excellent place located in a beautiful spot , if I need to choose something to get better in the restaurant's the food, it's ok, but you can find better options and cheaper in the town.
