Amazing hotel, recommended for a stay in Ubud

Excellent location and a beautiful settings. This hotel is right on the street with shops but still feels very isolated as it is set back from the chaos in a jungle. Very peaceful

Het oprecht vriendelijk personeel die goed genoeg engels spreken voor een conversatie. De locatie is midden in Ubud maar daar merk je niets van. je hoort vrijwel alleen het riviertje.

Perfecte locatie en mooi verblijf!

De ligging was perfect, midden in de stad maar daar merkte je niks van. Het personeel stond dag en nacht voor je klaar, ze wilde alles voor je regelen. Zelf bij problemen met de scooter hebben ze onderhandeld met de eigenaar voor korting. Het bed was heerlijk groot en de kamer was erg netjes!

Douchen in bad is niet ideaal, aangezien de hele badkamer vloer nat word en dus ook glad.

N a pas respecté la chambre de la réservation du standard à la place du supérieur avec un prélèvement totale de la réservation la veille du jour de l annulation Donc si l on avait voulu annuler….. c était déjà payé lol Donc faute à qui l hôtel ou booking ???? Jamais eu de réponse de booking suite à ce désagrément

very authentic experience with superb service

Excellent customer service, beautiful Balinese compound- quiet inside. Spa is moderately priced and located inside the compound. The hotel organized a lovely Balinese buffet with traditional dancing between two Hindu holidays (Galungan and Kuningan). I felt welcome and appreciated as a guest.

The location is very central, which has pros and cons. Traffic and exhaust gases outside on the streets are terrible, narrow pavements are broken or blocked by parked scooters and mopeds. Walking in the town center is not pleasant. Breakfast was not very tasty , it was also expensive compared with the cafes in the neighbourhood. Bathrooms are outdated even in the superior rooms.

Perfect location and amazing staff in Ubud.

Our stay at Dewangga was unforgettable! The location is perfect, very close to Ubud center and market. The staff was really nice from the reservation procedure to the check out, including support for all the activities and transfer from the airport. The breakfast includes a buffet with pastry, fruit, yogurt, bread, jam, cereals, tea, and coffee; plus, it is included a main plate with eggs, pancakes, and so on. The waiter serving the breakfast was super kind and welcome you every morning with a smile, making you feel like at home. Also the activities, such as cooking classes and private yoga, were well-organized and fun.

The prize of the activities is a bit higher with respect to the average of Ubud, but the quality and the assistance from the staff is worth the prize.

Tranquility of the garden, location is very convenient for dining and shopping, quick and laundry is reasonable price and fast service, friendly and orderly staff.

Localização maravilhosa, no centro de Ubud, mas com a tranquilidade e silêncio de hotéis afastados, no meio da floresta. Café da manhã excelente, quarto e banheiro amplos e confortáveis (Superior Room), área da piscina maravilhosa e staff atenciosa. Voltaria com certeza!

Há melhorias a fazer com relação à umidade no quarto e higiene do colchão.

Right in the hustle and bustle but very quiet in the rooms. Loved it.

This place exceeded our expectations. The staff, food, grounds and massage were all very budget friendly and we wish we had booked for more than 2 nights!

Amazing location, great staff and hotel. Food is also good ı tried some snacks by the pool and ı loved it but be careful

Location was great and definitely staff and the hotel in total excellent ı loved it and definitely would come back

But since the room door are made from wooden there is a gap and doors are not fully closed from main entrance and the balcony. Because of this Gecko, those playful lizards are keep coming into the room no matter what ı tried. And ı barely slept since ı didnt experience sleeping with few lizards 😄

Excellent stay in Ubud. Highly recommended

Everything. Location was in the centre of Ubud Staff were very very helpful and nice. The manager herself came to greet us and asked us about our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Juices during the breakfast could have been better but it didn't bother us that much. Breakfast menu had a wide range of delicious items to choose from.

Recepção e cortesia do atendimento. Localização e facilidade de acesso a pontos de interesse na área urbana de Ubud. Atmosfera do lugar e qualidade geral das instalações.

O café da manhã, em estilo menu, poderia conter algumas opções de alimentos sem açúcar, lactose e/ou gluten. Considerando o custo-beneficio da diária, em comparação a outras opções em Ubud, e pricipalmente em Kuta, deixou um pouco a desejar. O box do banheiro, com piso de seixos, embora exótico, contribui para aumentar a umidade do quarto, naturalmente elevada em Ubud devido à mata circundante.

Super Lage

Die Lage ist der top!! Direkt im centrum und doch eine ruhige Idylle. Die Zimmer ganz gut, aber eher praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist aber sehr bequem und eine heiße Dusche gibt es auch. der Service ist super. Das Spa ist sehr schön im Garten gelegen und die Massage war sehr entspannend.

Frühstücken kann man wirklich besser woanders…

It was sensational!

The friendliness of the workers was exceptional. The hotel food and service were very good. The place allows you to have the feeling of living inside a temple. The location of the hotel is a plus. It is in the heart of Ubud and allows you to walk anywhere in no more than 10 minutes.

Rooms were a bit basic but clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom needed a bit of upgrading. Breakfast wasn’t great, but very easy to get from a lot of cafés close by

I always stay at Kebun Indah when in Bali, but now I have a sensational second option - DEWANGGA!

Excellent location, staff were absolutely lovely, surrounded by lush foliage, and not too far from my favourite restaurant in Ubud, Hujan Locale. I wanted a private yoga session, which they arranged, for AUD $35 with the best yoga instructor I've ever had - so I arranged another 4 sessions with him, all done in a beautiful outdoor setting on grass, with complimentary water and fruit platter to finish off the 1 hour session.

I was in the back of the complex so it was quiet but the wi-fi was a bit unreliable.

the door needs to upgrade, cuz small insects and frogs can climb into the room through the little gaps. But the hotel staff are very helpful to solve the problem immediately.

Dewangga Ubud was the highlight of our stay due to the pool and its environment. Will return

You want to book this property for the pool. You really feel like you are in a jungle in the middle of the city. It is BEAUTIFUL! And you can order a cocktail from the pool bar. Rooms are larger than expected and all rooms have a balcony of sorts. They all look and feel pretty similar. The shower feels like an outdoor shower indoors with pebbles as the floor. The location is in the hub of U-Bud. So you can walk to quite a few restaurants / temples. The staff is excellent. Widi and the team was brilliant. They waited up late and made sure our every need was attended to. The hotel also offered a complimentary 15 min foot massage - do find time to take them up on this and maybe enjoy more than a foot massage.

The pool light needs to be fixed -I would have liked to swim at night, but the big solar light made it un-inviting. Breakfast guests could be given a variety, it seemed limited in the offering even with 3 choices available. The food quality could improve overall.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Ubud

Dewangga is a beautiful hotel. We choose it for the location and couldn’t have got better, right in the centre of Ubud but I was amazed how quiet it was. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, Widhy and the team went out of their way to make sure we were made to feel so welcome.
