I really liked seclusion and privacy. Pool.
Felt so welcome from the staff.
I didn’t like how there was no smart TV it should be hung . There should be a table and chair inside so you could sit somewhere in the cool of the Aircon.
The cupboard should be in the main areas. There’s a lot of wasted space in the bathroom. The distance from town was a little far.

The staff were nice and friendly.
Not enough essentials were provided from the start. Had to ask for tea bags, detergent and dish cloth.

The bool is not clean

Nothing.
Everything. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Very unclean and unhygienic to stay in the villa.bedroom Walls are wet with water leaks. Unclean fridge and water kettle/cups. Pool area is covered with moss and algae. Have plenty of pics but am unable to upload them all. Not worth 20% of the price we paid. We rather preferred to stay out and roam the area than spending time at the villa.😵💫😵💫😵💫

The place is really great. You for sure get the value for your money. The staff is really great and helpful, helped us with a hotel transfer, with renting a scooter. They were all smiles, just so nice and helpful in general. The pool may seem small in the pictures but in reality you can take nice relaxing swim in it...mind you its not olympic sized pool...but after a hot day in the city, its the perfect place to relax and chill. The room is simple but has all you need, a clean bathroom and towels, nice bed with clean bedding, even little toiletries and bottled water. Just what you would expect from this kind of accommodation. The A/C is really great as the room can get a bit warm in the evening. And also a fantastic thing here is the fridge, so you can buy perishables and don't have to worry about them going bad. The breakfasts are really nice with plenty...well 3 large main... options.
Its walking distance from center of UBUD, about 10mins down the road.
We even extended our stay as it was really relaxing here.
Nothing specifically. There was a frog in the yard that was croaking in the evening xD, but is stopped before we went to sleep, so that wasn't a problem

The outdoor area is super nice.
The swimming pool could've use a bit of cleaning. The room and bathroom were a bit old. Specially the bathtub.

Friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.
Bathrooms really old and stinky , safe does not work, pool was green, no kitchen at the villa , no breakfast

Stayed for 4 nights here. .The whole place had an Aura. Courteous, very friendly staffs and a great Hospitality in total. Would definitely come back here!
Unfortunately, the water heater was blown out after two days of my stay and no hot water for next two days. And the private pool required regular cleaning due to the shedding leaves.

The room and living area was very spacious. The staff were very attentive and cleaned room each day including the pool too.
There was just a few downsides to the stay, even though it was overall I nice stay. It was the only luxury place we had booked throughout our entire two months in Bali and felt the facilities could be better for the price and style of villa. The kitchen area only had a fridge and kettle, the rest was just a worktop but had no utensils, cutlery or plates or bowls etc so didn’t serve much function, which wasn’t ideal when we had no breakfast so had to go out each day to find food as no facilities to make small meals at the villa. (also meant not much use of the fridge). The location was a little further out of the centre and was a bit of a walk but not too bad as I’d rather flat. The cleanliness could be improved as was some places that were dusty and windows not cleaned with handprints over them. The pool was nice but very very cold so didn’t use much even in the heat it was too cold. The tv turned on but couldn’t see picture very well at all so couldn’t use. It was however a pleasant stay, just a very budget option so don’t expect anything extremely fancy.

.
very run down.
mould in the room
bugs everywhere, and the bed sheets had stains.
bathroom has open vents straight outside so lots and lots of bugs can come in - we had to put a towel on the bottom of the door and spray fly spray to ensure no bugs came into the the bedroom.
I wouldn’t really recommend staying here, it was disappointing for the price.

The room were clean and the fruit was good, but the pool not too clean and the breakfast menu for Indonesian food not too delicious.
More variant for the breakfast, maintenance for the pool.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and we ended up getting to the villa at 3am, but our host stayed at reception until we arrived to greet us! Everyone that works at Yoga ubud villas is so incredibly friendly and helpful! The beds are extremely comfortable, the wifi is fast, and the villas are well looked after. The location is so convenient, with cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance, and the town centre only a 10-15 minute walk. The area is pretty quiet and we got an amazing nights sleep. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
The only thing we would have liked was a hot shower, as we could only get cold water. Everything else was perfect

Private pool although the water was freezing at this time of the year. Great air-conditioning in the bedroom, it works really well. Plenty of privacy in the villa, nobody can peek through. Outdoors lounge area and sofa (great for the cooler months of the year). The villa is located in a quiet area of Ubud. If you are fit you can walk downhill to the town centre, shops and restaurants and be prepared to walk uphill on the way back. The wifi drops out in the bathroom but it works well in the rest of the villa.
The TV is small with no satellite channels or Netflix. The blanket had a large old period stain on it. There was no hot water in the shower. There is no restaurant or spa service at the villa property. Taxis also don’t drive past the villa so it can be difficult getting a taxi unless you use an app on your phone or don’t mind paying more than usual for the villa staff to arrange a taxi. Lots of mosquitos in the outdoor lounge area in the evening.

I love the bed, so comfy and I had real good sleep and naps. The villa is easy to find, but quite far from the main road, perfect for Nyepi though. The bed rooms are nice, spacious and clean.
I wish the lighting in the outdoor area and the pantry would be brighter. So an evening swim would be more pleasant. The fan didn't work, not a big deal for me anyway. The pool was cleaned up in the morning but very quickly the leaves would float around again. No stove and drinking water. But those are probably the things that I could get if I pay more, right? Ohh, but the ants were a bit aggressive. That one could really be improved.

Great place. If you plan to have a secluded room with pool. This is a great place
The location was indeed a 10-15mins walk from the ubud market but it was too hot to walk in the mornings.
