We got a very warm welcome from the hosts. The guesthouse is very special and homey - like a Swiss chalet. Our room was lovely and breakfast was amazing. I love this fjord and the guesthouse was at the top of a hill and we had a great view from our balcony. Thank you very much Elínar Helgu!

We were warmly welcomed by the host and were made to feel comfortable. We were given local recommendations of restaurants. We had a cosy room with a lovely view over the fjord. The breakfast was excellent and does need to be ordered in advance. There were also coffee and tea making facilities available. There was a sitting area where we were able to relax. The room was good value for money.
We had no problems.

Good location and clean room in a pretty chalet. The small restaurant in the harbour was a delight.
This place is advertised as a guesthouse and B&B but it does not offer either cooking facilities or breakfast

Beautiful place with a fantastic host and a great location! we booked the family room with the balcony, and we had terrific views. Excellent facilities in a warm and nicely decorated seating area. Comfortable bed and cosy room. It felt like home!

The hosts are a family that are renting their home's upstairs rooms, that belonged to their children and now are remade to fit a BnB style. That is exactly what it is - a homey atmosphere, clean and homey rooms, handmade furniture and decorations, so it is all you want from a home away from home.

Our hosts were extremely welcoming. They did our laundry for us and provided breakfast. It was like staying with friends

Nice view from the room on the fjord. Good breakfast, friendly hosts.
It is not a hostel - the guest rooms are in the house where the hosts live. You don't have access to kitchen or fridge, signs everywhere what you should not touch or enter, there is only a small common place with 4 chairs, rooms are rather small. OK for one night but not for a longer stay.

Very clean. Friendly owners. Loved the private deck!
bathroom availability

This guesthouse's room is more sound proof than many..the shared bathroom is on the same floor as the room ,- a big plus. It also has a small sink in the room, so going to shared bathroom is minimized - another plus.

Very kind owner, he waited for us as we arrived late, interesting (in a good way) house and beautiful surroundings, we even got a bathing gown and slippers :) warm and quiet room, coffee for machine and tea was provided
note there is no cooking facilities, just coffee machine and kettle, wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some
