Location, room, amenities, price.
The front desk clerk was not as friendly as I could expected it.
3.5
Clean and tidy and comfortable
No staff speaks English and the neighborhood just don't be out at night its sketchy no heater was on and the language barrier wasn't good
2.0
Friendly people.
They tried to charge me taxes after reserve was done, they even have a no refund policy making it a solid fraud.

Location is pretty good
Small room and shower, breakfast was pre packaged items

The staff were fabulous!! So kind and helpful.
There was no window in my room.
Everything was a bit old fashioned .

Good wifi, location is decent, close to bodegas and within fair walking distance of center. There is a lively evening market on Bulnes St a few blocks away, with street performers. No AC but fan was adequate. Shower worked fine. I would stay here again.
toilet smelled very bad, lid would not stay up. Room was small but I knew it would be. Most staff did not speak Anglais but was able to communicate with Google Translate.

both were ok
when I was on the airport bus a druggie came on the bus and snatched a woman's bag and escaped in a waiting car
my luggage was immediately to the left of where the snatch took place so I was very lucky

Locked room for storing luggage before or after check-in. Excellent location close to metro. Good wifi.
Frustrating check-in. Room much too warm with no air conditioning. Small window facing a wall.

The location are good, around the metro station and the room is good to sleep only, the service room it’s good too.
The breakfast it’s weak with just a loaf of bread, a yogurt and a piece of cake. You can eat a boiled egg too and they haven tea, coffee or juice

We walked from thechotel to all the major attractions in Central Santiago, it was perfect!
Perhaps a kettlecin the room would have been nice.

Location near Los Heroes - only 1 bus trip away from the airport, and access to metro and plaza de Armas.
Communication was bad - only 1 out of 4 encountered workers spoke English. She is the only reason I didn't give staff the worst mark. I was not told that to receive tax benefit i need to pay dollars in cash (i paid in dollars credit card). Walls were thin and dirty. Noisy. The curtains did not block light during the night.

The bathroom high step to get in and out

The staff were friendly and helpful.
Good location
Breakfast was just a sandwich to take (cheese or ham and cheese) with a yoghurt and a snack. It was nice but more of a lunch.
The room was absolutely freezing and I had to ask for the heating to be turned on as per the instructions but it was never switched on so I had to sleep in a snood

Awful neighborhood
No restaurant options to have dinner safely
2.5
the shower was really hot which was nice, the bathroom was a good size
it said “taxes included” but they weren’t, it was only if we paid in cash it was included and in USD which luckily we had on us but would’ve cost an extra £7 (10 USD) if we wanted to pay by card when it said this was included on booking.com
light was outside of room

Receptionist plays loud TV sounds at 1.36 am at night. Can you imagine?
