Location was good. Close to a couple of popular places.
Staff were very helpful and available at reception if needed. Room was a good size for sharing.
Wifi wasn’t strong enough in the rooms.
No airport pick up service

The hotel staff was very accommodating! They let us store our luggage early and gave us space to freshen up after a long travel day. They gave great recommendations and arranged a large taxi for us and got us a great rate to the airport.

the staff, particularly Ignacio was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. His level of service was exceptional and made our stay easy and enjoyable.

It was just an ok experience. The hotel needs renovations for sure. Staff needs to be a bit more welcoming and helpful.
Location is not the best, but that is typical in Santiago. They lock the hotel gates at all times, including daytime.
All the restaurants nearby open late (no coffee place before 10 AM) and they also close early (by 8:00 pm at latest).
It was only by our 3rd day that the front-desk person smiled at us when greeting.
No one offered to help with luggage. Not to take them to the rooms, or take them out after the checking-out to take them out the gate to the side-walk for taxi. The guy just stood behind his desk, did not even hold the door. Not a good customer service experience for sure.
Booked Superior Double or Twin Room, which by the way the description says king-size bed. In any case, our room was on 3rd floor. We go up to find it is a very old room, AC does not work, fridge does not work and it does not have the balcony that room description has.
After several conversations with the staff, we were finally able to move to a room, smaller in size, but at least had a decent double bed, AC working and balcony on 2nd floor.
They have hot water, coffee available but no milk. Staff did not even communicate this to us at any point, we just found it and when asked for milk, they said no.
In general not a good customer service experience. Did not feel welcomed at Loreto at all.

Nothing.
The cleanliness is disgusting, hair and hair body all over the bathroom and the room. After we complained, they left us with NO HOT WATER to take a shower in the morning. All receptionists were so rude with us. Plus they did not follow the booking rules about charging in USD. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The hotel's entrance is all graffiti, the hotel has no food and no room service, the hotel does not have an elevator, we asked the receptionist for help because we had very large suitcases to take upstairs and she said "this is not part of my job", when we arrived in the room, the bathroom was dirty and full of hairs on the floor

The staff is real nice, the building is beautiful.
The rooms are comfy and the whole vibe is great!
I had a blast
I could hear some machine noises that were disturbing.
There wasn’t toilet paper when i got there, that was a pickle, the phone to call the front desk was not working.

A very accomodating hotel located very close to the Beau Art Museum, a young hip creative neighbourhood with great restaurants.. Had a very comfortable mattress, sheets, with a very plush beadspread. The entire hotel is very tastefully appointed. Would highly recommend this hotel without hesistation. The staff where very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me with my requests.

staff were good
No breakfast as advertised, rooms too warm, ants in bathroom, very dated now & didn’t match pictures. Be careful on arrival direction/time as on edge of non desirable area.

We (couple) stayed there for three nights and absolutely loved it! Although we arrived in Santiago really early and had to self-quarantine, they allowed us an early check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was big and spacious and with the terrace it was everything we were looking for to do our quarantine. After we were able to leave and explore the city the staff was always happy to help& recommend us places. Cristian is just amazing and we absolutely loved his hospitality. But also the girl from the night shift was really friendly and nice. And even the facility manager (José) was amazing, we usually ended up talking to staff for much longer than intended because we had such interesting discussions! Honestly: this hotel made Santiago feel like our home and we will for sure be back! Nos vemos Cristian

- Rooms were high ceiling and bright with a balcony overlooking courtyard. Ours was beside a lime and orange tree which was exotic for Canadians
- Helpful staff. The kind of helpful where no matter our questions and requests, it was always a happy yes
- Central location. Short walk or taxi to Bella Vista, Lastarria, Mercado Central, etc.
The hotel itself is on the boarder between Bella Vista and Patronato neighbourhoods. As a result it can feel kind of deserted during the day and unsafe at night especially walking north. But literally a 5 min walk to busier areas.

Santiago was entering first impact of corona virus and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. In a frightening time with a city closing down, the staff created a safe haven. They were planning to close during Covid but stayed open longer to accommodate a young female member of our group needed to stay in for a few days on her own. Thank you.

Lovely calm oasis in the heart of Bellavista. Great helpful and welcoming staff, could not have been more accommodating during the corona virus crisis, even staying open just for us until we got a flight! Thanks so much guys! Hope we will be able to return in the future!
