Ottimo alloggio vicino all’aeroporto

Struttura pulitissima e moderna, staff cordiale e dall’inglese fluente. Molto buona anche la cena che ci hanno servito al ristorante. La mattina abbiamo subito trovato un Grab che ci ha accompagnato all’aeroporto in 10 minuti, altro motivo per cui lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Il rumore delle auto entrava in camera dalla porta, perché il corridoio é aperto e si affaccia sulla strada.

Très bon hôtel de passage et juste à côté de l’aéroport.

hôtel très propre, super bien situé avec des chambres très cozy. Le lit était super confortable, la salle de bain était top et le personnel au petit soin. Super hôtel de passage :) Possibilité de louer des scooter à des prix vraiment correctes

Excellent place for price

Super comfortable beds, clean bathroom and excellent service. I was nervous that this hotel was one star but it was VERY nice for the price. The pool was also great! Quick taxi to Kuta town for shopping and food. 10/10 would stay here again.

Amazing staff, great location, and value for money.

Staff is the highlight of this hotel. Alfian, if I remember the name correctly, was an absolute champion. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well, and nothing was too hard for them to do. The room was clean, and room service was regular and done professionally. The breakfast menu was great, and the big breakfast that I tried was delicious. Their Nasi Goreng in the dinner menu was fantastic.

There was work going on during my stay, and it did get a bit noisy at times. The photos are a little misleading as the swimming pool is not as big as it appears in the photos but double the size of an Australian backyard pool.

Location. It is close to the airport. The room was super cleans the staff were very helpful, kind and made sure that my stay was comfortable.

Very welcoming and friendly place to stay. Convenient as we were flying back home from here and it’s close to the airport. Very comfortable huge bed with nice pillows.

Unless you can sleep with the noise this place is not very habitable for overnight

Service was exceptional. Food was great.

The property is next to road and has very little sound proofing. I couldn't sleep in the night due to the traffic noise. The noise makes conversations inaudible in lobby and restaurant.

Clean, comfortable, lovely staff. An excellent spa and restaurant...great stay near the airport!

We loved our stay at Grandma's Airport! The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfy. We requested two rooms close to one another (we are a family of four) and this was easily accommodated. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Spa services were excellent and well-priced. The restaurant food was delicious and the drinks were top notch. The pool was lovely and clean. All in all, would highly recommend!

Great stay

It was clean tidy simple room, aircon was on so it made it cool when I arrived at midnight. They organised a driver to pick me up early hours of the morning. Staff was lovely. Quiet room that I slept in. And was cheap. I recommend

was a very comfortable hotel, perfect for what we needed and we would return.

The room was great, large comfy bed, nice bathroom etc. The food was really really good and great price considering hotels are usually too expensive and we usually go else where. Breakfast was very good too. Bar was nice and modern to chill in and had good wifi. Staff were really friendly especially Alfian, Ayu, Adi and Klisn.

The tv is outdated in the room, has black shadows on the screen. Chanel’s weren’t great, better to just have a Cable to put your phone to it or Netflix etc.

Location is nice and close to the airport, but you have to travel around, 'cause of the traffic. super expensive without a scooter.
