great location and staff. Room was large, modern, clean and with a fantastic view. Pool and jacuzzi were nice (jets not working at the time)

When I was checking in at 4pm, room was not available yet. Good thing they managed to find another room immediately. Hope this can be prevented in the future.

I liked our stay so much in Citadines that I regret staying only for one night. The room was spacious and equipped with the essential things. I will definitely book this place again in the future. Thank you.

They don’t have any kitchen towels. The room breakfast was served in paper boxes.

The employees are friendly and very helpful, specially Enie who took care our check-in. She was good at her job, she welcome us with a very friend approach ! Location is great, its in salcedo makati and there are a lot of restaurant nearby.

Front desk staff were super welcoming and were attentive to our needs. Breakfast over by antipodean was ok too. They allowed bfast to be brought to our room!
