This boutique hotel was immaculate! The location was fabulous as we only had a couple of days and wanted to walk everywhere in the Historical part of the city. The staff were super friendly….especially Rosa who gave us good ideas for eating and shopping. Small touches like tea, coffee and cookies in the lobby, pretty renovated rooms, every staff person outwardly helpful and happy, led me to give this one my super high rating.
it was all good!

Location, security.
No breakfast included.

Central location and quiet
There were four ladies staying in our room, toiletries needed to be better stocked. Tight for space in the bathroom.

great location, clean room

Centrally Located. The receptionist were double responsive to answer any questions and provided us with a tour pick up at the hotel. Cleanliness of room and grounds with a secure entrance to the hotel.
Coffee was served at 8am. I'm an early 🐦. All else was well.

Beautiful place, very clean, great location, and awesome staff.
They didn’t offer breakfast in April 2022 but there are a lot of places you can go for breakfast nearby.

Great location, comfortable room, super nice staff.

Room was big, clean and comfortable. Amazing hotel, great patio, centric and close to everything. Staff super friendly, gave us insights for tours, restaurants, express check in... I absolutely loved it! Felt like home! My place of stay when in Queretaro!
4.5
Clean, large rooms at a great location in the center of town. Front desk staff Lety was particularly helpful with recommendations in the city and helping me call a taxi when my phone wasn't working.
The internet was spotty and went out for about 30 minutes one of the nights.

Staff attention, great garden view, so relaxing, very clean rooms, some moisture in my bathroom, they offer you coffee and tea available all day (that’s great) somehow for the hotel size, you will hear doors and people getting inside and outside their rooms. Very good water pressure for taking bath 👍🏻
they don’t have any disability facilities. No ramps.
Also no bellboy who helps with your luggage and their parking are 3 blocks away the hotel…

Location, the room was comfortable, staff were friendly (but they don't speak much English), It was one of the best rooms of our trip in this price range.
The staff was not able to help with advice for travelers. We had to ask at other hotels for help when needed.

very clean and comfortable

Don't get me wrong, the hotel was nice, but I felt I overpaid considering the experience. Yes, from dollar to peso, it seems like a steal, but considering the minimum wage in mexico is around 173 pesos daily, to pay over 1,000 pesos a night, there is a certain standard to expect. For starters, the room was not cleaned during my stay. I kindly asked for soap and shampoo for my second night and the evening front staff argued tooth and nail against me. I have been at hotels that charge a fourth of the price yet the staff are much kinder
my overall experience, day time staff are nice.

The hotel is well located, walking distance from downtown main plazas and many restaurants all around. The room was very good, clean, with comfortable bed and well size bathroom. The staff is very kind and with good attitude.
The surrounding area can be noisy at nights.
4.5
I had to get some work done while I was there including a Zoom call so it was important for me to have good wifi and it worked great! I had no connectivity issues. The location was very good. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere & the park where you take the trolley tours was really close. The front desk helped us book the Queso y Vino tour which was awesome!

The inner garden pretty much
Very old beds and the cleaning was not so good.

Perfect place. I spent a week. The location is the best. The room is comfortable. Well lighted during the day. The internet is fast and there was strong signal around. The staff is super nice. I would stay here again.
All the pillows were too big. I wished there were different sizes, specifically smaller ones. I wish they served breakfast.
4.0
Great place to stay, EXCEPT the acoustics. If you are in any of the front 7 rooms of the hotel you will hear everything/everyone speaking or making noise in the lobby.
Acoustics. Noise.
