Breakfast was delicious and great service
Everything was fine

The location is ideal, but most of all, the rooms are spectacular! The hotel is set around a beautiful courtyard, and the terrasse on the roof is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the morning, or for a drink in the evening.
The breakfast is included, and the cook is a wonderful person. The choices on the menu are rather limited. Some sweet bread (pan dulce) would be very much appreciated!

The perfect merge between a traditional unique facility and luxury; walking distance from everything in downtown. Also, that all the rooms in the hotel are unique and different from each other. Excellent and friendly service from staff.
As a very minor comment, some of the common areas (including the breakfast room) are a bit cold during this time of the year; no heat on this areas.

gorgeous architecture, and centrally located. The rooms were beautifully furnished. we appreciate it the bathrobes, the mini fridge. the bedding was super good quality. Great water pressure.
the employees at the front desk were really clueless. they didn’t show us how to turn on the lights or how to use the shower to get hot water. they never provided us a menu for breakfast and were very limited, nor did they provide us any useful information about the city or main attractions - such as the wineries. it said they had a bidet and the employees didn’t even know what it was and there was not any bidet. in order to use the jacuzzi, we had to give them a 40 minute advanced notice and it could only be used during the DAYTIME! when we got in, it was freezing water! there was no option to make it warmer.

Big 17th century renovated hotel that's fun to explore -- it's like a museum -- check out the rooftop area. I got a room for $200/night that would cost at least $800/night in Mexico City. It had a clean (two person) sauna, a 6 person hot tub, hot water readily available, water pressure perfect. Oh, and it had two bathrooms, two levels, it was way too much space but I enjoyed fantasizing about how I'd turn it into my fantasy loft apartment, perfect size for that. I had a street facing room on ground floor, so it may be loud for some people until midnight, when everyone goes to sleep. (I'm a city person, I'm used to city noises). Great location, within 10 walk from most museums in centro area. Queretaro is underrated, despite being a UNESCO World Heritage site: clean, well manicured, safe, festive (everyday of the week), cheaper than Mexico City (which has gotten expensive). Favorite part was that I rarely heard English and didn't see many Americans, whereas certain parts of Mexico are packed with Americans. My Spanish improved because I was forced to practice. In any case, I'll be back, will skip Mexico City next time. This hotel will be even better once they recover from Pandemic and start up their restaurant again.

Excellent location a couple of blocks from the main plaza. Great restaurant options nearby. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. Nice bar on the roof. Beautiful vintage building.
The wifi didn’t work very well. maybe because of the thick stone walls.

The placer is really amazing, the location is perfect.
I did not like the bar that is in front is really to loud but the worst if you are not a religious person the church bell ringing so early is the worst thing.

Pretty nice hotel, well located , staff very friendly
The exterior facilities could be cleaner

Good coffee but cold eggs and toast. Fresh orange juice was great.
Better wifi would be an improvement. Check in was awkward with no one visible when we arrived at the gate. Our in room refrigerator didn't work. There wasn't any bar service on the roof top bar. Also, there was no possibility of fresh air in the room. Air conditioning had to be used.

This is my favorite hotel ever. Perfect location in Centro. An art nouveau palace, esp the gorgeous courtyard. My room was knockout. Such creative tasteful interior design. I esp love the recessed atmospheric lighting. Great breakfast and service. I left for 2 hours and when I returned my room was clean and bed made. Staff was kind and attentive. I would never stay elsewhere in Queretaro.
I liked everything.
