La ubicación es genial, la atención del personal, la cama muy cómoda, la regadera mucha agua y muy limpio el cuarto.

Al prender el minisplit olía medio raro, como a humedad, sí descansamos, pero estuvimos oliendo eso toda la primera noche, todo lo demás excelente

Lovely central small hotel

Central but quiet location with parking within 10 mn walking distance. The receptionist was very helpful and changed our room from the ground floor to the upper floor. The room was spacious, light and with a balcony. Lovely central patio.

The room allocated to us on the ground floor was small and dark .

La ubicacion es excelente y a pesar de estar en el centro de la cd, es bastante tranquilo y silencioso. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras. Siempre me quedo ahi !

LA presión del agua tanto en el lavabo como en la regadera ;D o sale a presion o no sale nada y la temperatura o te congelas o te cocinas.

Las instalaciones, lo cómodo que es la cama. La atención y lo céntrico que queda TODO.

La regadera no contaba con agua caliente, solo si la abrías a cierta altura salía pero muuuy poca. Los controles de la TV no funcionaban, pero si funciona la TV.

This charming hotel faces a quiet plaza and is within walking distance of everything.

There was no breakfast but there are a couple of excellent coffee shops nearby as well as a creperie across the quiet plaza next to the hotel. Easy to find and within walking distance to everything.

The water faucet to the wash basin was malfunctioning as it spewed excessive amount of water at the slightest twist and getting my clothes wet. The shower was not hot. It was manageable for a 3-day stay, though.

La ubicación únicamente si quieres conocer el centro

La atención fue mala, nos recomendaron un tour que no salió bien, en la hab había un esquite de alguien que lo dejo y no lo tiraron, el wc tenía fuga, muy mal olor en el baño, pedimos papel de baño y nunca lo llevaron, no tiene restaurant…

Un buen hotel para visitar el centro de Querétaro.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, bonito y bien cuidado. El cuarto que tuve es cómodo.

La puerta del cuarto no es muy segura, un poco frágil. Es decir, un golpe fuerte y se abriría. No me sentí 100% segura. No tiene restaurante o servicio de comida.

Excelente lugar boutique.

Excelente ubicación y con habitaciones muy bonitas. El personal es muy atento y amable. Las amenidades tambien son buenas. Buena presión de regadera con agua caliente.

Está muy cercano al centro y por consecuencia hay mucho ruido en la noche. También la habitación hace ruidos con el aire acondicionado y las paredes son muy cercanos con los vecinos de habitación por lo que se escucha todo.

Charming hotel with welcoming staff

The property is charming and in the beautiful Central historic district of Querétaro. It is in walking distance of museums, churches, restaurants etc. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly . The room was clean and comfortable and a nice size room for our family of four for our one night stay in Querétaro. The hotel is serene. The courtyards of the hotel are pretty and have lovely seating areas for relaxing.

Had a great time- they were able to extend our stay without hassle.

Mariano was a fantastic help finding good restaurants and just being generally positive and welcoming.

Room number 5 had a “screaming” toilet and an unsavory smell that emanated from the un-trapped shower drain which there was a cover for.

Nice but not memorable. Professional and warm service lacking.

The decor and interiors of the hotel and room were nice, and the location relatively quiet and convenient.

Reception staff were a little aloof and appeared indifferent to our presence or indeed existence. On one occasion we felt on returning to the hotel rather as if breaking up a student party since the reception staff were all lounging around with apparently not much to do. Rather uncomfortable and more befitting of a youth hostel than a boutique hotel. No-one ever asked us how our stay in Queretaro was going in spite of passing reception several times a day. Not good and gave a poor impression of the place which sadly persisted throughout our stay. A little more professionalism and effort wouldn't go amiss. Also, the sink design in the bathroom is ridiculous. Design over practicality.

Beautiful, small property in the heart of things.

Beautiful, small property in the heart of things. We were in the large suite. Nice room, lots of space and well-appointed. Front desk and housekeeping were very kind and attentive. Room was quiet, spaces in courtyard really pretty and peaceful.

Our room (the suite) was a really lovely room, but a little cave-y. We prefer more natural light. It was also a bit stuffy on hot days - no way to get cross breeze without having the door open. But it was still a great stay and an excellent value.

Very dark room without proper windows, but good location

very central location, clean rooms

1) we booked the supposedly best room category “master suite” which was spacious but had barely no windows (only very small one inside the building), the room was really dark and you always needed to put light on, bathroom was quite small, room in the ground floor, we felt like in a cellar, we asked for another room but it was not possible or no better option available other rooms are partially also really dark our friends stayed in the room with two double beds which was on the first floor, this room was light, had a balcony and a big bathroom —▸ be aware what kind of room you book, you can be lucky or not!
