Hard to get out of parking area onto road. Maybe would benefit from a mirror on the opposite side of the road to enable traffic visibility

warm and welcoming.

the property was warm and cosy when we got there and the living room and beds were comfortable.

Some of the facilities were worn and tired. they need a new shower and cooker. They could also do with an information pack fir the property, particularly recycling.

lovely location - beautiful village & nice pub & shop

Bit of a dated kitchen, not sure the dishwasher cleaned too much, but fully functional & we were able to cook our meals without any issues.

Quite a nice cottage. Very quaint. Owners were very helpful and forthcoming.

Very close to where we wanted to go (Thursford) and local amenities. Free wi-fi so we could check out local attractions. Nice 'welcome pack' on arrival.

The lock box for the keys was VERY difficult to use. I had to open our neighbours for them, and then couldn't open mine. The house was quite cold even with the heating on, and the décor was a little bit dated.

rustic home stay in a nice local to see coastal Norfolk

nice classic cottage, but rough round the edges but in a lovely location

mattress all we’re old and bed creaked. the driveway was steep and had large bump to get in to it

Clean comfortable cottage.

Very clean and well equipped.

We didn't realise towels were not provided which we have never had anywhere else we have stayed. Only by going back and rereading the description we eventually found in small print that they had to be brought with you or provided for an added cost. Difficult to find property, the sign was very overgrown with foliage, as was the path to the property.

wonderful! great local walks / the marshes are so lovely. Stiffkey is a lovely quiet village and so easy for Wells,

everything! perfect for myself & my two teenagers.

Nice village, wouldn’t revisit this property until improvements made.

The village. Comfortable beds

Cottage was very dirty and dusty. Cooker very greasy, needed cleaning. Seating in lounge very uncomfortable. Garden overgrown, parking dangerous, not suitable.

Excellent place to stay for a family with young children.

The location was great, good facilities available and the beds were very comfy. The information provided by the hosts was outstanding and really informative.

Only slight gripe was that the double bed in the main bedroom squeaked whenever you moved, but it was comfy to sleep on.

Very enjoyable stay in lovely cottage

Lovely cosy cottage warm and inviting Good position for seeing this part of Norfolk

Only slight issue was parking as difficult access made tricky by roadworks

We already know the properties and they are perfect for us, being clean which is important at this time, well fairly well equipped and comfortable whilst being characterful and convenient.

A casserole and a few bowls would be useful
