Property was in a nice location, quiet but easy to get to places we wanted to go. The place was clean & tidy and had most of everything we needed. Host was very good and was on hand if we needed anything.

Loved the property, actually staying somewhere with sofas that fit everyone and are comfortable is a bonus nowadays! Wonderfully decorated, very homely. Fire was super cosy in wet cold weather. Pub food good. Cupboards with things in (salt pepper, coffee etc) good size fridge and freezer.
Perfect for dog, short walk to footpath and secure.
I slept amazingly (given I’ve not slept for a week!) v quiet despite being relatively close to road.
Nothing. It was great 👌🏼

The house was comfortable great facilities very comfortable beds which is a massive bonus as one of the party has back issues, great proximity to local beaches and having a pub/ restaurant across the road was a huge bonus !

The host was very accommodating and the property was beautiful, Spotless and well equipped, however a nice little touch would be to leave a pint of milk maybe so that you can have a cup of tea when you arrive after a long drive. Just a thought!
That the bells at the church next door rang several times every hour throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper this isn't the place for you!
Also the security light on the front lit up the main bedroom like the light was being switched on several times throughout the night. This should be moved really. The host must know that's what happens as the blind on this side of the bedroom was kept closed.

There is nothing not to like about staying at Bakers Court. It is spacious (except maybe the bathroom), very clean and well apointed with plenty of hot water and heating. It also has a modern log burner (with logs) if you want more heat and atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped, the dining area more than adequate and the lounge was comfortable. We did not meet the owners but they are very friendly and phoned in good time to let us know about the key and a second time to ensure we were in OK. There is adequate parking for one car. We were a party of four but it is equipped for six people comfortably. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The location was lovely in the village of East Rudham with a pub for food and a very nice cafe and shop
Just a long mirror needed somewhere

The property is very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. it was lovely to have a private parking space and also a private garden. Although a busy road is nearby the noise of the traffic was minimal. it was a very enjoyable place to stay. The Crown Inn across the road. was an added bonus as we were able to walk both nights for a lovely meal.
There is not much not to like about the property but just a couple of observations really, a shelf in the bathroom by the sink would be helpful and Wi-Fi extension to the bunk bed bedroom would be good but in no way did this detract from the wonderful property.

The property was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. On the day of arrival, we were called by Matthew and informed we could check in earlier than than the 4.00 as it was raining, which was very helpful. We had a lovely dinner at the local pub around the corner and visited many beaches, castles and gardens that North Norfolk had to offer. We would definitely love to return. The property was excellent value for money.

Everything was fabulous and pristinely clean
The lack of blinds! The ones on the windows let in so much light, they may as well have not been there - one window didn’t have anything on it at all. we took portable blackouts with us so recommend doing this if you require darkness to sleep.
Other than that, cannot fault this property at all!

The style of it, how spacious it was. well equipped & amazing communication.
Oven didn’t have markings around the dials, so didn’t know what the oven was set to.
