Disfruta una estadía 4 estrellas

Muy bien ubicado cerca del Bazar. Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas. Mi habitación en el 1er Piso con gran ventanal con vistas al Bazar. El personal muy atento y servicial. El restaurante funciona de 7 a 23 hs con una carta de muy buena calidad. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. Usar el spa es un placer con bata, chanclas, toallón, reposeras... como también el sauna húmedo y seco. Hay tratamientos y masajes muy buenos de pago. La entrada del hotel con sillones y mesas para estar al aire libre . Toda la ropa de cama y baño de gran calidad y muy limpio todo !!! Cama y almohadas grandes y muy cómodo colchón. Buen armario con caja fuerte. El baño completo y bien iluminado. Muy buena relación precio - servicio. Check out muy temprano, me reservaron taxi y pedí vianda para llevar . Todo OK

La ubicación muy buena pero el acceso al Hotel es sobre una colina muy empinada luego de subir muchos escalones.

Location 5mn walk from bridge (steep last 200 meters). Defineltly 3 stars hotel (didn t use the spa possibilites). Ok for one night and stayed 30mn in hotel overall (except sleeping)

No charm, shower not working, climatisation very strong and not possible to change, coffee awful we had the same coffee machine for 10 days in previous hotel (what else)

Great hotel with everything a traveler needs.

The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

There is not much not to like. Perhaps extremely hot weather (but the rooms do have a good AC). The restaurant is decent, but a bit on the expensive side.

The location of the hotel is great, various breakfast options, very friendly staff...

The spa experience was spoiled by very rude daytime guests with ill-mannered children. Luckily, the staff had a little bit of patience, so we got a free late check out so we could enjoy the spa in peace the next morning.

Nice hotel but don't tell me I can't bring food into my room

The view and AC were great and it was easy walking distance to town. Nice having parking right there.

We don't like being told we can't bring food into the room or can't bring coffee from breakfast up. Especially when it meant eating inside with others which I don't like to do now because of COVID. Breakfast wasn't very exciting anyway...

new modern hotel with great facilities that you may expect from a new hotel. walking distance around 5mins to the old city and Stari Most bridge. free parking and safe area.

Free parking Terrace Breakfast was decent. walking distance to city center

Steep walk from the city center. twin beds instead of double. stains on carpet and wear and tear in general. pool closes at 8 pm. locker was locked and not usable.

The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill. It is not appropriate for those travelling with babies (which I put in the filter). The hotel gave us a lovely upgrade but the bathroom drains smelled VERY bad.

1. Spa was awful, no booking, crowded even in March, lockers on icecream fridge wtf? place it to administrator 2. Spa has 7 place for visitors for 30-40 numbers??? 3. Shower doesn't work 4. Smells awful in room 5. No bathroom soap, shampoo and other stuff 6. TV remote doesn't work 7. Drinks in minibar are dirty It seems like house reconstruct to hotel with a little pool and it doesn't look a hotel at all. It's just a guest house pretend to be a hotel.

Beware of Offseason travel

The location was good. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was horrible. From the coffee to the eggs, all of it was mostly disgusting. Thr shower stank because the water didnt run off. The floor was built uneven so the staying water would stink up the whole bathroom. The AC system was not working properly the first night so the heating was not working for a few hours. We travelled during the off season ij Mostar but it doesnt excuse how the hotel gave me the feeling that they absolutely didnt care to fix issues at the building.

Without information that swimming pool isn't working

-We booked this hotel because of SPA. On reception they told us that it is free to use, but the only thing that was working was the sauna. Swimming pool was closed and nobody told us. When we asked why, they were really insolent. We left the hotel before night and they even chraged us. -shower in the SPA wasn't working too, and because I am pregnant I couldn't use the sauna either -mini bar has a bed smell -part under hand washer was broken -room was very cold -we asked receptionist to speak with the Manager but he yelled and said that he will call police and we cannot speak with Manager (we were very polite and just ask to talk to him beacuse of the swimming pool issue) -after this situation, during our talk with Manager, the receptionist changed the info about the swimming pool on booking.com. Before that not even on booking nor their website there was that info

Disappointing

Breakfast was very good as always

Sauna heating was shut downd when I entered spa, explanation of the staff was that they did not expect visitors???? though it was afternoon time, in addition steam room was not working..... Room temperature upon entering was 19 degrees , it took me about 4 hours of heating to reach 24 degrees.
