Modest but clean accommodations, a short walk from the bridge

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Room was modest but clean. Breakfast was good. Located a 10 minute walk from the bridge. Private off-street parking was available.

Disappointing.

Location is ok not far from the main Mostar Bridge point. (500 meters away) Staff was sympathetic but that won't really help. Not recommended.

Disappointing for a suite, very basic facilities and no maintenance at all. Just the towel change in name of cleaning... Breakfast is very basic. Broken bathroom accessories. picturesque chairs needs repairs.

Lovely hotel

The hotel is lovely and clean. The rooms are spacious with daily cleaning. The breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful

Exceptional

Location is great, staff very kind and polite. Breakfast is from 8am I had to leave earlier and ask just for coffee and sandvich, but they prepared full breakfast, even omlette just for me at 7 am 😀

I had to visit Mostar and came back again here. It became my favourite place in Mostar when visiting! Location is perfect, five minutes walking to the Old Bridge and main attraction. Also five minutes drive to the center. But the best part is the lovely staff they have and delicious rich breakfast. Lady who works there is the best, so kind and helpful. When visiting Mostar - this is the place to stay. Looking foward to come back again here!

Good hotel to spend over the night

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. Location is ok, just a few minutes walk from old town.

You can't pay with card now and that was disappointing. You will get the key of the hotel and you need to lock every time you go out. There is no-one at reception and the cleaning lady doesn't speak English, so it was impossible to communicate. Checkout is at 11. Don't be 5 min late if not the lady will nock on your door even though the hotel is empty.

Superb

The hotel reception Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was very close to the center of the old town. The breakfast was delicious.

The bed was a bit too soft and noisy. The bathroom was a bit too small and narrow.

Location, The receptionist was courteous, breakfast was good

The bed was screeching and the bathroom didn’t have a hand soap, no shampoo, those are the basics that every hotel should have

Ok for a short stay - bring cash

Very good location, most of the staff is nice, it's clean, with parking space.

Given wrong room (separate beds), cold shower the whole time, no bodywash or soap, no credit card payment (dodgy in my opinion).

They do not need to persuade the guests to return - they are overbooked due to location. We stay three nights and there
