C'è di meglio ma può andare bene

Posizione e parcheggi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Fanno tanto per metterti a tuo agio. Letti comodi.

In camera c'era puzza di fumo. Non ho detto nulla per evitare di essere accusato di aver fumato io. Ti mettono una penale di 200 euro. Camera piccola e bagno ancora più piccolo. Doccia piccola. Dalle finestre ci si affaccia su un giardino in allestimento con spazzatura ruderi.

Прекрасный отель в самом центре старого города! Расположен в пешеходной зоне, но имеется парковка для авто. Получили релакс в сауне и бассейне. Просторный номер, есть все необходимое для комфорта. Вкусный завтрак. Дружелюбный персонал, быстрое заселение. Рядом ресторан с открытой террасой и потрясающим видом на мост.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly recommending good restaurants. Clean basic accommodation in a central location. Breakfast had a range of local Bosnian food and also cereals eggs etc . Staff kept room.amd place clean they were cleaning all the time .

Improving the parking outside, bit dated so new carpets etc, but otherwise no negatives

Finding the hotel and parking are a bit difficult but so worth it. In the center of the old town with so many shops and vendors right down the street. Beautiful location and property. The staff is absolutely amazing!!

Perfect stay in the heart of Mostar

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi is amazing and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in wonderful city

Extremely helpful staff. Close to the Old Bridge and old city with amazing atmosphere. Rooms were clean and comfortable Pool & spa was great and breakfast was ok.

The rooms could have been more spacious (or have just 2 beds, not 3)

Very nice. Mostar is a gift. Sorry for the terror the endured in the mid 90s. So sad.

The night staff at the front desk was awesome. Welcoming, fun, interesting and kind. Kindness matters after a long drive on unfamiliar roads and that drive into the hotel is kind of tricky thru old town streets and people and she was magnificent. Can not say enough good about her. HAd an excellent dinner spot suggestion and knew many useful bits of info.

Beds where rock hard. not a great night's sleep.

-complete non-smoking -very central yet quiet -tea-making facilities in the room -very friendly staff -good breakfast

-the curtains let through too much light for a good night's sleep -a nightmare to get to by car (despite the very good description by the hotel) through the narrow old town streets

A clean, comfy hotel very close to Mostar Old Bridge and quaint cobblestone streets.

Don't let the state of the surrounding buildings deter you, this place is clean and comfortable and fairly new. Free parking is a plus, and the walk through the UNESCO city streets to Mostar Old Bridge is only 10 minutes or so.

The roads in the old city are difficult to maneuver, and many are closed off to traffic. The route to the hotel was through the pedestrian zone, so be aware that your GPS may tell you to turn down streets that are closed. Don't give up. And remember that coming back out of the area may mean taking a different route. It's best to follow another car or ask directions if you are not sure.

Hotel in good location with SPA facilities and helpful staff

the hotel is just few minutes walk from Mostar old bridge, friendly and helpful staff. Spa facilities are good

they should put something to close the shower box because a lot of water is going out and floor became wet

I'd recommend!

Helpful staff. Location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town and very quiet! Room was new and bathroom/shower was great. Good wi-fi, smart TV with Netflix
