goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel, leuke kamer.

Enige dat tegenviel was de wasbak-spiegel combinatie. Door de wasbak kun je niet van dichtbij in de spiegel kijken en ook het licht heel hoog helpt niet. Eenvoudig op te lossen door een vergrotende trekspiegel te plaatsen

Das Hotel hat die guten Zeiten hinter sich.

Lage und Personal

Räume sind renovierungsbedürftig und bei der Ausstattung fühlt man sich wie in der Rumpelkammer. Zimmer zur Straße gehen gar nicht, bedingt durch den Lärm auf der Straße der nicht durch die schlechten Fenster zurückgehalten werden kann.

Prima hotel, maar is ruimte voor verbetering

Locatie en sfeer van hotel is zeer goed. Prettig personeel ook. Bedden slapen goed, goede matrassen, inrichting kamer ook netjes, genoeg druk op de douche.

De kamer was ietwat vergane glorie. Erg aftands. Duidelijk toe aan een opknapbeurt, helemaal het hoofdbord van het bed was beschamend beschadigd. Ik kan niet voorstellen dat iemand dit zo durft te verhuren. Dit ook tegen de receptie gezegd en ze zeiden dat de kamers in de planning staan om opgeknapt te worden

Leuk verblijf op een prima plek ,met lekker brood!

Hele ruime badkamer, en de huiselijke sfeer in de kamer zelf. Leuk oud pand daar houden wij van.

De verlichting in de kamer, niet erg romantisch dat witte licht. En de verwarmingsknop in de badkamer, dar moest je echt voor op de grond gaan zitten om te kijken hoe ie hoger dan wel lager moest gedraaid. De herrie op straat nachts was niet altijd fijn.

Het personeel heel vriendelijk , en behulpzaam, locatie goed ,ontbijt goed.

De tv, geen afstandbediening ze hebben wel alles geprobeerd om toch nog wat zenders te krijgen.

Very good

The location was great for as we were attending a concert in the square. Tha beds were very comfortable, room spotless.

We felt breakfast was pricey at 18+ euro so decided against it.

A nice stay in a lovely town.

The hotel is wonderfully situated, boasting an excellent location. The staff are delightful, always ready and willing to assist.

Despite reserving a room with two single beds, an unforeseen change led to me receiving a room with a large double bed. This was a significant detail as the original reservation was intended to accommodate individual sleeping arrangements. Additionally, there was a minor hiccup during my stay when the safe malfunctioned, requiring assistance from the hotel staff to recover my secured belongings.

Brilliant location from which to explore Maastricht. Hire a bike if you can too!

Didn't have breakfast but the room was very clean the bed was really comfortable and the location was perfect. Right in the centre of town but very quiet. There was no issue parking my borrowed bike in the pretty courtyard and staff were friendly relaxed polite and helpful

Would have like english teabags and a kettle as well as the very good coffee!

nice hotel short of staff

nice location, spacious room, nicely decorated

it was very noisy couldn’t get the airco to work, so had to open windows street noise was bothersome until quite late breakfast wasn’t served until after 8 am. but we had to be at work at 8:30, traveling 30 minutes when I complained the recipient said she would discuss it the manager called me after 15 min in my room and:”I understand you want have a very early breakfast” i said: “No, 7:30 is not early.” he replied: well I don’t have enough staff, so can you come and have breakfast at our other location. a 10 minute walk with our luggage… the breakfast was ok, by the way last but not least my colleague complained that his mattress had a big ‘hole’ in the middle, probably overaged? so all together this was not the best experience

Superb

Location. Staff were wonderful. Comfortable bed, we faced the garden so quiet at night. Great shower pressure and lots of hot water. Central enough for us to explore the beautiful city of Maastricht. Loved the decor. It is very much a boutique hotel

The room had a "stale" smell about it. The shower when first used had an odor from the drain, but went away after first use.

Not bad but bit pricey for this quality.

The room was good warm.

The room is quite oldish, would be great to renovate. And the e-key stopped to work and I stuck on the yard. The sound isolation of the room was zero.

Super central hotel, if the staff would put more effort in their guest and had more eye for details. It would be very go

The central location, it’s in the middle of the centre. We had a room at the back, so no noise from the outside. The room was a good size.

When we arrived we asked for parking for our car. The answer was that he didn’t know because he was new. We had two single beds against eachother, that moved apart very quickly. We requested the next day if they could be tied together. The answer was that they couldn’t glue a single bed to another. So we ended up fixing it ourselves with a TV cable. The shower was leaking. Inside the hotel you hear a lot of noise from in the hotel, from other guests, cleaning crew.

Not what I had expected. The pictures of the place look very nice but unfortunately in reality it wasn't charming. It's a sad hotel with poor maintenance of the bed and the overall feeling wasn't pleasant.

The headboard of the bed if all ripped up. The feeling of the place wasn't that welcoming. I would expect less but the pictures seems so charming. So it is deceiving.

Good stay, can be improved

The location is perfect. The room has a lot of charm, is spacious and accommodated.

The room was very cold. the heater were not really working. Also the windows do not have thick curtains, so the room is not fully darkened to sleep. The double bed was made out of 2 single beds, but they kept separating when sleeping

The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The table in the room had a foot missing so was unusable. The toilet walls were a bit dirty and could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Nice stay in an old house in Maastricht

The bathroom was luxurious. This was unexpected. A large bath, which I used at the end of the second evening. Very relaxing. Also the shower was very good. The room was also very quiet, although there was some noise from the street, but not from other guests.

There was lot of dust on the sofa, which did not feel pretty. The room was on the 3rd floor. Climbing several times was exhausting. But of course also a good body training. Not really a problem.

Very friendly staff, convenient door opener using the phone. Cute interior with lots of charm. Great location (but then again Maastricht is tiny, so everywhere is close to everything). Good coffee machine!

Absurd price for what is offered. The rooms definitely need to be repainted (marks all over the walls) and the two singly mattresses in the double bed are rather annoying. Tiny television with loads of cables visible, loo with no fan (there is a contraption that did not seem to be working). Room was generally clean, but limescale marks on the tap and the soap holders. It all seems like the owners are making good money for minimal effort.
