Centrale locatie, mooi uitzicht over het Vrijthof. Fijne spa.

aparte inrichting, echte dons dekbedden, hied bed, heel goede kwaliteit ontbijt

A charming boutique hotel in the perfect location for exploring central Maastricht. Be ready for a very personal breakfast service - you get exactly what you order, which cuts down food waste. Very high standard of cuisine, service and cleanliness.

Was redelijk goed

Location was ideal... right in the square although it was closed off due to André Rieu concerts ... Breakfast was delicious and bath tub sumptuous Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating
Bath robes were too small and bath towels could have been more sumptuous and larger to make the stay a solid 5*
Also I found it difficult to use TV as it appeared not to be connected to internet

In the city center with a great View. The room is big with a confortable bed and different types of pillows. The living room and kitchen are perfect to continue your evening when you have a toddler going to bed early or taking naps.
The curtains are not dark enough; all sunlight get through the rooms so in summer it wakes you up early. Also it was not easy for my toddler to fall asleep when not in the dark.

We recieved an upgrade to a suite and a bottle of champagne for my husband’s birthday. It was great .

beautiful location, very clean.
some small noise issues, suite 2 is beside the restaurant and the corridor outside is used to transport kitchen
ware, however staff doing their best with the practicalities of a very beautiful heritage conversion. beautiful spa.

Felt very luxurious, a lovely room with a great view over the pretty square. Breakfast was really good. staff were very helpful. Our spa morning was brilliant, especially the massage by Diana

Interesting hotel in the city centre, renovated old house. Delicious breakfast and dinner and really helpful staff.
Staff is in the hotel only from 09.00 - 18.00 than someone from restaurant might help u in case of need. For business travelers not practical while u cannot do late check in or early check out. It’s true that communication can be handled via email but in case u have some specific requests this concept doesn’t work. I do recommend this hotel for holidays stay.

The view was great, the bed was comfy and the room was spacious. The staff were very nice. The high ceilings were really beautiful as well.
They could not cater for vegans at the hotel so we ended up having to go out for breakfast, they were very very strict on the check in time. The basin in the room was flat so it resulted in everything getting sopping wet if you even wash your hands. The towels were a bit old and the gowns and slippers for the spa were far too small. I am an average female and I had to wear the xxxxl gown that they gave for my boyfriend just to get it to fit.

only the towels ,a little small and thin, but were replaced as often as needed and they had a lovely fresh laundry fragrance

It was so beautiful. Our room with a view of the church tower was so serene and peaceful. the other room was upgraded which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom just luxury.

Lovely spacious rooms with beautiful authentic details. The location was great however the view wasn’t amazing during Christmas as the Vrijthof square had a market and we looked at the containers. This shouldn’t normally be a problem.
The price point is very high and everything extra is being charged for like parking, spa access and early check in which doesn’t give a great feeling of service provided. The spa also still needed to heat up so we needed to wait for the sauna and the Hamam was a bit smelly. Things I would expect to not be happening at this rate.
