Een zeer ontspannen, verkoelende nacht doorgebracht tijdens onze citytrip in Genua. Met een knipoogje naar de palazzi

Host gaf ons een zeer heldere uitleg over de check inn, die daardoor heel soepel verliep. We vonden makkelijk parkeerplaats op straat en betalen via de easy park app is heel handig. Goede airco, leuke kamer met knipoogje naar de “palazzi”, die we bezochten overdag. Ontbijt”kit” is echt wel zeer minimaal voor een Bed and Breakfast. Wat extra capsules voor de koffie zou het al een beetje hebben goed gemaakt

bad noise insulation spoiling our stay

It was clean and the bed was good.

it was extremely noisy, you could follow a tv show in the next room and opera from another. The highway next to the hotel was also clearly auditable in the room. after 1 night we departed for another hotel as we could not properly sleep.

Great Bed and Breakfast place.

Oscar was very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, we were warned in advance about the works across the road, but they didn't impact us at all. It's out of the center in a safe area yet in 10 mins you are in the center of town.

Noting really, TV was cheap so I couldn't use my fire stick, that's about it.

Very nice place to stay

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, we liked the style of the furniture, the view on the sea was a nice extra (though there was some renovation going on and we couldn‘t use the balcony), but it was fine for us. The staff was very helpful und very friendly. We liked really everything. The location was great. The buses were only 1-2 minutes away. In several minutes we could get to Brignole (Center) by bus. So, from 0 to 10 it is a 10. I will definitely book this apartment in case I want to go to Genova again. Highly recommend!

it was too far away from everything. it’s was either a long walk or a bus ride. Around the location was under construction and it was very very noisy early in the morning-6am

The room was quiet and nicely decorated. The mini fridge was a plus. The elevator is like functional art. Convenient location.

Maybe a dark curtain behind the main window drapes, as the room was very bright when the sun came up.

Very comfortable and nice hotel. We had a small balcony. Very kind and caring host. Next to the bus stop. It is possible to go by foot to the centre.

Great experience

Really great experience, also thank to Oscar (an amazing receptionist)! The room was just perfect, spacious, clean, and with a nice view. The bathroom was also nice and clean, with many towels. After the checkout, we were allowed to leave our backpacks at the reception so we could go to the beach for few more hours. That was really sweet and we appreciated Oscar's kindness and willingness!

Historical house, beautiful design of apartments, hospitality, good location. The host accepted to store our luggage until our ferry. Thank you for a great stay!

Choice for breakfast is poor, better to have a breakfast outside. Cleaning is 1 time per 3 days, not enough.

The rooms were big, bathrooms really well cleaned and everything was decorated with a classic aesthetic, matching the citty center, but in a really good and not over the top way. The staff was helpful and friendly and the building is really well localised.

The air conditioning from one of rooms wasn't as potent as the other one.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was as expected. Cozy and very clean room. Oscar, the manager is very helpful, nice and professional! We found a parking spot in the front of the building, it costs 7 euros per day. Oscar gave us a parking card so it was very easy to park and pay for the parking.
