Everything was perfect! The room was really nice and comfortable, several pools, wonderful beach, high quality food (different international cuisine restaurants and nice buffet), and all the staff, including entertainment team, was extremely nice :)
A real all inclusive, where you feel like you are at paradise, 100% recommended!

Especially loved the hotel’s proximity to the beach and accessibility
There was no notification that during the stay construction would be taking place. It was reoccurring nearly our whole stay and would overtake the peacefulness of the beach. There was also construction taking place in the evening and in a part where guests would use to walk between buildings which made some travel on the property a bit of an inconvenience.

beach, restaurants spa friendly personal
the room was not acceptable, the door keep cracking all night long, the front desk was unfriendly and refuse to help me with the room I requested a room close to dining etc. we are senior and semi disable, can walk for long distance and she put me in an old room way back.I was in PAIN most of the time there since it was too much walking. They literally told me to complain with YOU.

Right on the beach. Good views.
Bartenders wouldn’t come up to you at the swim up bar. You would be sitting there for about 15 mins while bartenders were at the top. Would have to get out of the pool to get a drink if you didn’t want to wait as long.

ALL THE FOOD WAS SURPRISINGLY GOOD FOR AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT.
DRINKS A LIL OFF AT TIMES

The buffet was so delicious, surprisingly it was my favorite place to eat there! loved the private beach and rocks! pretty big waves in June. The staff was fairly friendly, we are non-drinkers so the all inclusive alcohol was wasted on us. I wish there was an option to just get all inclusive food however, I still felt it was worth it just for the gorgeous grounds and delicious food! We did the spa. best massage of my life!
wish there was a non alcoholic price

The staff, the food, the room with balcony, the entertainment! Great place! BIG Shout out to: Modesto, Eduardo, Joshua,Alex, Danuel and Efrain!
Didn't get mini bar service regularly, no biggie.

We book an all inclusive sister hotel in Jamaica and we decided to do it again in puerta Vallarta . This location was almost perfect..the grounds are lush with beautiful shrubs and greenery. we were greeted with big smiles. We were welcomed by front desk staff. The property
sits on the beach in a bay like area.. Our room had a beautiful view looking out into the water. However, It is also a very old building with a few cosmetic concerns . 1. doors were nice but not installed properly ..you could see outside from the top and bottom of hotel door.. we contacted the front desk and there moved us on the first night . 2. also noticed cracks in wall. 3.lastly the were a foul smell in the room almost every night end of day for two nights .. Maintenance came to pour something on the ceiling ac unit.. they did this 2 or 3 times.
1. hotels doors had cracks and openings . 2. cracks in walls 3. foul smell from ac

The food and drinks, restaurants were excellent! The entire resort staff was amazing.
All the weddings.. constantly the weddings.. usually under our tower and pool area.

Private, quiet location, but near Centro. not crowded. Super attentive staff. Great programming, especially for kids.
The hot tubs were adults-only - none for kids. And two pools were adults only. so, fewer pool options for kids. Food was all-included - overall good, but not exceptional food. Nice variety.

it had so much to do, the most amazing staff, the most beautiful location surrounded in a tropical paradise on your private beach.
I wish the mini fridge was a bit colder.

The location was beautiful. They had mango popsicles by the pool that were amazing.
We did not like the food or the rooms. Felt like we cook better at home. Drinks were gross, just a bunch of syrup in a cup. Got smoked out of our room in the early morning by people above us smoking without even opening a window. Ended up sleeping outside on our chairs by the pool.

Loved the view of the beach from our room! Service was great. Patrcia from Casa Grande was the best waitress we had the entire time we were there! Overall food was really good, but some places better than others
Wished we would have had a swim-up room. Also food at Puereza was average or less than average. All other food was great. Wished the drinks would have been a little bit stronger though.

Best all inclusive food i have had so far. I have a time share at the royal solaris in cancun and i go there just for the drinks i always eat out. I never had to with quality of the food and variety here. Awesome little coffee place too. Located on a defacto private beach it was easily the most beautiful beach i have been too. Great gym, a variety of restaurants and good selection of drinks of high quality. 24 hour room service is a plus. Located near the boardwalk and zona romantica which are great to explore. Very friendly staff as well.
Okay so the most glaring problem would be the inconsistent quality of the housekeeping. They would arrive at vastly different times during the week and would leave some garbage here and there. They was an odd number of days where they would not fill up the drinks in the mini bar. Was also a little put off by the fact the wanted to upcharge the "high quality " drinks and food. I understand wanted to upcharge for a shot of 1942, but 15 dollars for a can of Sapporo? Really! The sports bar coulda used some work too. They have a pool table and a Foosball table. The foos table was terribly maintained. Could use some pinball machines or something. They also dont have a shuttle waiting for you at the airport which is a first for me. I payed close to 4gs i dont get a taxi ride?. While i did write more in the negative side i would def say the positive side far outweighs the negatives.

location is best in Puerto Vallarta. almost private beach, close to Zona Romántica. beautiful views no matter which way you turn. all rooms are directly facing the ocean. food quality was excellent.
some of the hotel areas are looking tired and run down. need better upkeep. checking counter and buffet serving stations look old and dirty. lobby furnitures has their days.
3.5
beautiful beaches, pools, great food and drinks.
water proof mattress protector made sleeping sweaty; a/c didn’t adequately remove humidity.
