The room we had was amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom luxury suite which had 2 separate bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and a giant balcony that overlooked the infinity pool. We had a couple of amazing staff members that treated us and our kids so well. Luis was our server almost daily, he was so kind, helpful and brought lots of drinks. Kary and corina for the entertainment and kids club throughout the day were awesome! Always let us know about the fun activities everyday and we're so engaging and fun!
The buffet could have more variety. The breakfast was the same everyday, we never did get lunch there, and dinner was pretty bland and boring.

The staff were nice...Resort offer lot of activities...food selection was good and they try variations (little) too rather than same items every day.
The hotel needs some T&C. Our washroom door lock was not working and even after reporting no one came to fix it on our 7 days stay. Our checkout was at 11 am and the flight was at 7 pm. They offered us to use their facility but not foods.

Location
It is not all inclusive as advertised. U can only eat Buffet. Proper restaurant is only one day of ur stay.
There is no hot water in the shower. do not even provide soap anD shampoo in bathroom. Shower is a trickle. Not even basic livable.

Breakfasts were great. The multiple pool options and beach front access was exellent.
Evening buffet was inconsistent.

It was close to beach and city. Clean and safe
The Italian and Japanese restaurant. The food was ok but the Captian was very rude with our party both nights. I wouldn’t ever go back because of him.

The beach front was decent. The bed size was great. The Mexican a la carte dinner was alright.
I had much higher expectations for the resort as a whole. The bare minimum was provided for everything. The quality of food available at the buffet and the snack bar was not good. We had to request bananas during breakfast because they didn't put out all the fruit they had available. We booked for less than a week so we were given a basement room across the street from the beach front resort property and the safe was broken, the sliding door didn't lock, the floors weren't swept when we checked in.
I barely drink so I don't book all-inclusives for the alcohol but even I was annoyed that the only swim-up bar in all three pools did not serve alcohol and there was only a single bar open during the day on the main property that always had a long line up.
It's a very family-oriented resort, which doesn't bother me, but I didn't get that impression when I booked it. There were a lot of kids and stressed-out families and it wasn't very relaxing to stay at this resort. Staying here has made me realize I won't be staying at all-inclusives anymore, but if don't care about your food and are looking for something easy your young kids will enjoy then it might be for you.

Loved the location, oceanfront with a variety of restaurants.
Resort is dated, rooms were not cleaned daily.

The food options were great. Always plenty going on to be a part of.
Evening shows were often not as advertised.

fine, good food and service
liquor was not good quality

Breakfast was the same food menu all the time. The location was great. Poor service especially in the buffet area. Some the staff members were friendly while others really didn’t care. I interacted with the overall head of the restaurant area. We needed to sit a certain location while watching performances at the pool. He became mad because we didn’t like his selection of seating and said’you can sit wherever.’ Meanwhile, as we were gathering chairs or putting tables together, he came from nowhere stopping us from putting chairs or tables together for our seating. I am thought he was a bit too harsh towards us. The building’s old, we encountered problems with the safe, and master shower. No room service, my daughter was in the room and needed some drinks, she had to call and asked me to bring her drinks because she was told, there’s no room service… This is a no return for me!!

Breakfast and staff were excellent.
Italian and Asian restaurants were also great.
Not to impressed with the Mexican restaurant option.
Room attendants also did a good job of cleaning.
Some evening entertainment was good , magician and guitarist
Would be nice if there was a quiet adults only pool area to enjoy sun and swim without loud music and noisy young adults.

The quick attentiveness of services from employees. The fresh food!
New Years was amazing, great entertainment, delicious buffet and fireworks!
The bed was a little firm and buildings are looking a little run down.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good.
;
Hotel in very old, seems to be from early 60's. Room was a disaster, humodity 7/24 because water draining from shower, sinl and roof. Solution was to provide a towel for. the floor.

Family oriented place to stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very very clean place to stay. Security around made you feel safe.
Later closing time for pool. 8pm is too early.
Map of the hotel would be nice.
Fitness centre could use an update with A/C, newer machines like a “real” cycling bike.
3.8
location and very clean with super friendly staff. the best butter and buns
no nightlife and sometimes no food available. room was locked at 23 c coolest. not enough beach chairs. no meat at breakfast.

Staff was unbelievable!! So attentive to us and anything we needed. Food was fabulous! So much variety and so good! Love that there was AC in the rooms!
I did not like that the pools closed at 8pm. I think swimming at night is the best at an all inclusive resort! I think 10 pm should be the earliest you should close the pools. It was still light outside and we couldn’t swim. Hated that part and would probably discourage me from booking here again unfortunately.

Great location, food was good different options, 3 different pools, different evenings events.
The hotel was old and outdated. We originally got a room the ac didn't work the cold water didn't work smelled like mold. The elevator was down 3 out 4 days we were there. We were eventually moved to a better room but we were on the 4th floor.

Nice room. Mine didn't have much of a view, but had a small outdoor area.
Lots of sunshine. Beach area had sunsets, several pools and snack/liquor bars- you can't beat "all inclusive"!
The lounge chairs often had people's things to "save" them for hours so none available often. Food was good, but favorite restaurant was closed after the first few days. Would had been nice if there was a late nght snack bar.
I wanted to go swimming in the ocean but was told that there was "bacteria" in the water near the hotels. I did kayak a couple times, but the guy stopped running the concession and it wasn't available most of my stay.
The night entertainment was good. Many of the guests were from Mexico so it was fun to hear the entertainment geared toward them including folklore dancing, etc.
