Nada
Constant noise pollution and lack of basic services without going out of your way. WiFi signal in room unusable. Food was very average.

All the staff are friendly. There are 3 pools to choose from plus the beach as it is beachfront. There are pool-area activities during the day and karaoke and theater on some nights. Plenty of food and it varies daily. Wifi was good for most of our stay.
Hard to sleep some nights as there doesn't seem to be any security to quiet guests in public places in the early morning hours. Hot water for the shower was inconsistent. You can't choose when to shower as there may be no hot water. Also, the resort advertises that there is an Italian restaurant on site that you need to make a reservation. What they don't mention is that you need to go to the concierge and his job is to sell you memberships so you need to listen to a sales pitch first.

The food was mostly mexican. Pastry was good and fresh most of the time.
A lot of fruit
Could not sit at the beach to watch sunset because they pickup chair at 6:45 and the sunset is at 7:15. I even ask for a chair and the answer was a definitely no.. since that’s me and my wife favorite thing to do at the end of the day it’s kind of sad that I have to stand (not young enough to sit on the beach without pain) Patio on the beac property but no chair either.

I liked that it was not too far from airport
The food could have been better. The alcohol was all cheap choices. The rooms were all basic. The entire stay was basic.

We didnt like anything. This place was filthy. When we got there, the lobby bathrooms were disgusting with feces on the toilet seat. The place was so old. They were having construction around the pool area. I felt like this resort was complete false advertisement. It looked nothing like the pictures. We opted not to stay. We didn't feel safe there. We also would like our money back. We got charged three nights.
everything was awful.

I loved the atmosphere, lots of staff were awesome! Food was actually really good. Rigo was the best bartender!!
As a tourist it was very hard to understand some staff, and all the shows were Spanish only but that's ok! Still entertaining! But as a pregnant women trying to tell the bartenders NO ALCOHOL and them putting double or giving me a already blended alcohol drink, was not impressed!

The should include in their menu vegan food and dairy free beverages

Value and location.
Food was sub-par, A/C and Hot water issues.

Location.
A/C would stop working in the middle of the night. Room stayed cool. Then it worked fine in early morning.
No fitted sheets, so every night we had the sheets get out of place and we ended up sleeping on the bare mattress. Seemed like they were twin size sheets on double bed size mattress. Too small.

The food was great. I would have like the other restaurant to be open more days than just one day during our 8 day stay. The Italian restaurant was open most of the time. Service was great.
Not enough sheets in the bed. They did it just the last couple of days. I could have asked for that but I didn't. I am sure they would gladly have done it. They were also short in hand towels.

Lots of space at the pool area during the day.
Food options limited at the buffet. Time the buffet was open/closed. Son got what we believe was food poisoning at the Italian restaurant at the hotel the night before we had to check out. The hotel was not willing to discount us on a day pass so that he could rest in the room and recover. We were not looking for a freebie. We were concerned for our son that needed to rest before our flight out that night.

Room was pretty dirty with thin, dingy looking linens and the bathroom felt gross. It overlooked an overcrowded pool that was full of raucous screaming and some guy with a microphone riling up the crowd more. That night I didn’t sleep because there was a full on band playing until all hours of the night, it seemed like a wedding? The room wasn’t sound proofed at all, I might as well have been laying on a cot in the middle of the stage downstairs. If you’re going to allow loud, late parties like this then you have to at least warn the guests whose rooms overlook that area. This place is basically a glorified party hostel and that’s fine, I wish they had just been clear with their marketing because it’s not what I was looking for.

Location is good
Food taste, and tortillas were cold almost all the time

Great staff and location.
Bad spotty WiFi. Rooms are dated. There was work going on in the room adjoining ours and we were woken up at 8am EVERY DAY to the sound of drilling and hammering. We were told we couldn't switch rooms either though we were willing to go to a one bedroom suite instead of two just to get away from the noise. Couldn't nap during the day either due to the constant work.

Nothing
A family of 5, we made our way from Texas. We are not spoiled people but what we experienced is something that will take time to recover from. The place was smelly and dirty. It was not possible to breathe in the room we got. We left an hour later. They charged us the full night price. Huge heartache. People, you have been warned. ***Don't come to this place, not even for free***

Decent rooms for the asking price, plus friednly staff.
Somebody stole $$ from our room, so I cannot rate this hotel any better. Very dissappointed in the way my report was taken care of and little to none effort from management to resolve the issue.
Plus, lots of things that are nonexistent in the room: hair dryer, a proper deadbolt, wall scones by the bed, phone book (no istructions how to call receptionist or anywhete at all). WiFi was barely working.

Nice staff, very kind
They gave us a room without a balcony , (very boxy) when we paid for it so we had to “fight” for the one we had previously reserved.
Neglected rooms , bad pillows
Tricky marketing , the property is not like the one in the pictures .
