Grundsätzlich Hotel zum Wohlfühlen; wir würden wieder kommen, aber nicht zu diesem Preis !

Das Personal an der Rezeption wie auch der Zimmerservice waren sehr zuvorkommend. Dankenswerterweise haben wir ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Lage und Anbindung mit Bus in die Innenstadt ist super. Bar mit Restaurant im Haus.

Zu wenig Ablagefläche im Zimmer, kein 2. Stuhl, kein Safe; Beleuchtung im Bad spärlich; Dusche rutschig und spritzt auf den Badboden; keine Papiertaschentücher im Bad. Restaurant bietet zu wenig vegetarisches an. Hotel und Zimmer sind gut, aber deutlich zu teuer !

Despite a shaky start, I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Receptionist (Turkish) was excellent. The restaurant staff & food were excellent.

I tried to check in at 03.50. Despite having explained to a team member from your Warrington centre that I would be arriving in the early hours of Sunday morning, I was informed that I was recorded as a, 'no show'. This combined with a computer issue resulted in a 15 minute wait in reception. I was offered a complimentary visit to Starbucks by way of an apology.

Really poor for the value of money and definitely would not return.

Good location

Rooms were very unclean. I checked in and found cigarette burns on the duvet cover. Naturally I asked for this to be resolved at reception which they were agreeable to do. This was approximately 2pm in the afternoon. I then returned to the hotel at 11pm to find that the duvet cover had not been changed and had to chase this up at reception again. Staff at reception were exceptionally rude and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. The cleanliness of the room in general was very poor, especially the bathroom. There was soap scum left in the shower tray, hairs left in the shower tray and the toilet was dirty. For £200 a night for room only, this is extremely poor.

Evening meals finish at 9-15 PM, this cause difficulties who go for tour come after that , need some kind of arrangement for them

found a boarding pass folded in half under my pillow. our goddaughter macaroni was cold nobody was going about at end of meal told staff not much reaction. Our room was £395 for 2 nights to include breakfast, when we went down was told breakfast was not included.

It doesn’t worth the money at all. They had given us a disabled room with a bathroom looked like a hospital and smells horrible. They told us they’re fully booked and wouldn’t be able to offer us any other room. took a few hours and 4 visits to the reception, so that they finally agreed to change our room. the second room was alright. But this hotel is nowhere near a 4* hotel! very simple breakfast.

Not so good

No intercom to get the Reception, Room Service or Housekeeping . I couldn't get them online either. One has to go down to get whatever is needed. This is very bad and inconvenient .

Comfortable and quiet

The shower was nice and beds comfortable. Parking good.

Slightly unclean/ things worn out. Like shower and sink drain weren’t clean so black bits came out when water filled up. Few stains on carpet, curtains, bedding. Rips in chairs in the entrance sitting area. Location was a bit further from city centre than I thought.

Location. 10 minute bus ride to city center

There is no mini fridge, air vent doesnt work in pathroom. No luggage service (they wont store your luggage for a few hours, which is stupid). Pretty unclean, they never ever vacuum under the beds - we found chocolates, panties and a lipstick under the bed, so yea, its bad. Nu

I liked how the Hotel has a Starbucks inside

The carpets were very dirty, you have go pay £5 parking per day even though they have a massive car park. Same with the pool you need to pay extra even though your a paying guest over night. None of this is disclosed prior to booking. Also staff were swearing and moaning about other guests in the hallway which also isn't very professional. It was okay but wouldn't go back.
