Excellent stay.

The property is very clean and spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool area is really nice with a very nice view

the property is part of a “set” of farmhouses that are touching each other, the inside of the house is extremely private but outside you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.

THE BEDS ARE EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE- HONESTLY IT’S AS IF YOU ARE SLEEPING IN A PRISONER’S BED WHILST ON PUNISHMENT. HORRIBLE - MY BACK TOOK 4 DAYS TO HEAL. THE BBQ IS NON EXISTENT- ITS JUST A SMALL BURNER WITH FANCY STONES AROUND IT… AND THE OWNER HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL US THAT SHE WILL CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION…. SUCH A RIP OFF … SHE ALSO SAID THE SHE WILL CHANGE THE BEDS … WORST STAY EVER… YOU CAN GET MUCH BETTER VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.

It was clean and outside pool and BBQ were perfect.living area was good and spacious, sofa was also comfortable. Good fridge freezer.

Cooker has no sign on the knob, very difficult to set up without indication. Water in bathrooms had very low pressure, a struggle to take a shower.

Superb

Location was good, a short walk to the village where there was good food and drink in the local pub & the craft village. We arrived late at night and there was bread & milk etc in the fridge which was a welcome relief to a bunch of weary & hungry group. Any issues or queries were answered very quickly.

The property is located in a quiet beautiful location facing Gharb parish church. The hosts are helpful and friendly.

Expected to be complete and nice as second visited sadly disappointed.

The pool and location are excellent.

We visited 5 years ago and it was a new build so some facilities looked like they were ro be finished. After all this time it's the same. The waterr features still don't work the outdoor shower has not be finished honestly maintenance seems to be an issue there was a plug socket hanging from the wall behind the TV in the living room. Cooker rings didn't work. Ceiling fan in the bedroom of 1 of the rooms didn't work. In another room for several days the ac wouldn't come on. Then it did and would not turn off. This being a problem as the listing states ac is 1 euro for 4 hours this isn't the case you a charged 22 cents per kwh with 4 acs running as we didn't use the kitchen one it only last about an hour. This meant we couldn't aave the credit built for when it was needed as it would run dry and cut off during the times we were not actually wanting to use it. The tiles around the bbq were also still missing 5 years later and the bbq itself was absolutely disgusting and is hard to clean as it doesn't fit in the sink which had no hot water at all. In fact on the landing theirs a button for water heater the only outlet we found that got hot was the outside hose!!! Water pressure is also very lacking. We were their for 2 weeks and there was no changeover of sheets bedding or towels. We had a mop bucket with no mop a dustpan with no little brush. And the sweeping brush I would lay money is also the same one from 5 years ago. Cleaning materials at the property were lacking a single sponge and dishcloth and a couple of bin bags for 7 people for 2 weeks. You also told to leave glass bottles on the side but there's no where really to keep them and we ended up putting them on the back balcony. Also the garage now this is something we were already aware of unless you are driving a small car yes the underground parking is huge but the entrance is not!!!

pool a little smaller than expected looked bigger in photos but it worked out perfect for the children so it’s not a complaint I didn’t realise we had to feed the meter for the air con that ended up costing extra the garage was extremely tight to get the car in and took a while would be better is garage was wider

For the amount of people that can stay there there is not enough couch space No lampshades in the bedrooms Not enough towels Not enough toilet paper Pool was dirty No keys to lock the bedroom doors And very poor quality doors and furniture There was a construction site right next to us. Waiting too long for hot tap water. Not enough double beds.

Beautiful Farmhouse

The quietness of the area. Simona, the owner is readily available if one needs assistance. Interconnecting garage is a plus! Beautiful outdoor view, well-sized rooms. Clean & well kept.

Low ceiling at garage entrance. Basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee and sugar were missing. Utensils not big enough for 6/7 people.

Pleasant

Beautiful property and nicely converted. Spacious and the pool area was really nice. Views into the surrounding area were beautiful and apart from the neighbours the first night it would have made for a very peaceful stay.

The hot water wasn’t available on the evening we arrived as the tank had emptied. The furniture seems mostly new but the mattresses/pillows older or just worn out. So some of the soft furnishings are in need of replacing, and some of the curtains too as they don’t actually close properly. Bathroom towels also very thin and hard, and iron was just a travel one so wasn’t very useful at all. Unfortunately on the first night, the next property were very loud, karaoke and shouting til 3 in the morning, so as the properties are right next to each other this was very frustrating as we could not sleep.

garage door is not very good to enter . I damaged my car. departure time is very early at 10am ,with children this departure time is impossible and it can not be extended. No deck chairs available.

We had a lovely stay, would recommend and will definitely stay again.

The pool was lovely and the property, in general, was stunning. The rooms were well equipped and clean. Car would be required to get around, as with anywhere in Gozo, but there is a dedicated garage to park with ample space.

Nice view, quiet and a lot of space. Nice restaurant nearby, and close to nice hiking trails.

Down side was that it was cold inside and the pool was not heated.

Pleasant

Very clean and in a good quiet location. Host was very accomodating to some of our requests.

The garage entrance is very narrow and tricky to maneuver inside. The kitchen/living area is not cozy to stay in winter as the AC is not enough to warm the area. The place looks a bit `tired` and has some maintenance issues. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are a bit small in size Checking out at 10 am is a bit early.

Great stay for friends, family or couples

The inclusion of the garage was very comfortable. The farmhouse was very spacious and well planned.

Would have preferred if there was a tumble dryer to dry out the towels after washing them.
