Nagetiere und Ignoranz der Betreiber!

Die Lage ist super zentral, man ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten in der City.

Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht abreisen, da in unserem Zimmer ein Nagetier sein Unwesen getrieben hat. Direkt neben dem Bett, hinter der Holzverkleidung der Wand, waren sehr laute Kratz- und Nagegeräusche zu hören. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken, da das Tier auch jederzeit aus einem Loch in der Wand hätte kommen können. Ich habe die Hotelbetreiber direkt per Nachricht informiert und um Prüfung einer Rückerstattung gebeten. Zunächst habe ich schnell eine freundliche Rückmeldung erhalten mit der Aussage, dass der Hausmeister die Angelegenheit prüfen wird. Doch nun sind seitdem 3 1/2 Wochen vergangen, ich habe keine weitere Rückmeldung erhalten und meine Nachrichten werden nicht mehr beantwortet. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, denn das dürfte auch bei der Preisklasse nicht passieren. Ich kann diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen, der auf eine ruhige, sorglose Nacht in Koblenz aus ist.

Good location strange bathroom set-up

Nice and central location

Bathroom and toilet had clear glass doors, so there was no privacy when using these. If you opened the window, the people across the street could see you on the toilet.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Location close to the center.

Walking up the staircase to the 3rd floor with all my luggage. The cleaning lady entered the room 30 minutes before we needed to leave (she then apologized and left).

A big mistake booking a room with issues not communicated, ruining our arrival

Location is convenient for the old city

You would be well advised to reconsider this property. Check in is by entering a dirty passageway and inputting a passcode using an outdated electronic system. When this failed to identify our booking code, or other verifications, we had to buy a SIM card and call the remote reception person. After over an hour of no reply to messages, we got through, only to be told we were booked in but there was no room available! No advance warning of the unavailability and the confirmation of our booking meant nothing. We had to book another property

Location is good, entrance with the machine easy, room have spacious height.

Bed was low quality and not comfortable. You would easily have backache after spending a night on that beds. Shampoo was nearly finished, I finished it and because of the no reception system, I couldn't ask for help.

Smaller room than expected for price. OK for our single night stopover but not great if spending longer in the city.

Pot luck that you can actually access the property

I couldn’t check in as the check-in machine didn’t work and the owners of the property weren’t contactable by phone and didn’t respond to messages.

No stay. Horrible experience.

I could not even enter the building. No one was there to let me in. Huge disappointment.

Very clean and well furnished. Easy walk to the train station and in a good neighborhood.

No receptionist or custodian to call for problem. When I called the number provided, it didn't connect to anyone. We had an issue with check in and some other visitors provided assistance. The shower was a big problem -no slope to the drain or lip to contain the water. Water flowed out of the shower and into the bed area of the apt. We had to use all the lovely towels to mop up all the water and wring it into the shower stall.

There was a kitchenette in the room and the room was clean. The location was walkable from the train station. The bathroom looked newly remodeled.

There is no check-in desk, so getting help was difficult. The shower in our room wouldn't drain. We asked several times to have someone unclog it, but that never happened. The water literally went out of the shower into the bathroom, so we had to soak it up with towels.

Good place to stay for a night

Best part is the location. Everything you need is so close by. Kitchen is a nice bonus. Great security system- you need your key card to enter each part of the building.

Early checkout at 10am, and they literally kick you out on the dot. If you're already packed and ready you're good to go. Just needed 5 more minutes haha.

Very modern room with a very well equipped kitchenette. Great for short stays. The bed was big and comfy.

The bathroom had glass walls which made it less private.

No left there and stairs very sharp. You need to hold your bags tow floor up in that sharp stairs. Second in the photo room view in street but you get room view to wall nothing to see . And very small room and the wood of room floor very old .
