Good value, good location, friendly staff.

Good size room, comfy bed. Good value for money and good location too. Staff were lovely. Allowed a slightly earlier check in which was nice after a long day travel.

Convenient, comfortable and quiet.

Compact, quiet and friendly. Five-minute walk from railway station.

Pillows too soft, WC in rather cramped position in bathroom.

Exceptional

Room was very clean, comfortable.communication was very smooth and timely and we'll informative. Staff is very nice. Location is good, even though next to train station is very calm area, it is 20 min walk from the old town.

A good, comfortable overnight stop in a city worth visiting

Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room with two easy chairs - good shower. Safe underground parking

Not easy to locate the hotel in narrow side street, especially on Rosenmontag when it was blocked off for the traditional procession. No view at rear of building, coffee machine was either defective or too complicated for us.

good value for money for a one-night stay

the location is excellent, very close to the train station, with several restaurants and shops nearby the hotel room was small, but clean, and the bed was comfortable

the smell of cigarettes in the corridors and lift and all public areas breakfast was included, but I had to leave very early and could not take advantage of it

The beds were comfortable. Close to the train station.

The furniture and general decor is old but it would have been fine if it wasn’t for the shag pile carpet (which ironically, seems newish).

Very good

I booked this hotel due to its distance in between Colonia and Frankfurt. Reception talks in English and they allowed me to let my luggage there until I left in the afternoon. Very close to the train station and check-in option until late!

It wasn't the cheapest hotel in my trip but it was very affordable and best value for money in the sorroundings! Worth it!!

Perfect

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful, the room was very clean and very nice and decent. I have 0 complaints and my full recommendation for anyone who is not fuzzy and is looking for accommodation where you see your money' worth. Totally worth it!!

avoid.

i didn’t get to see the structure, they didn’t let me in if we didn’t do the self check in. they weren’t able to explain it to me because nobody spoke English at night, when I arrived. apparently I received a message on the app (not an email) which I didn’t check. but they could have let me in that night and not let me sleep on a bench.

when I told them that I had to sleep on a bench because I couldn’t self check in that night (and the person that was there didn’t let me in), I asked for a redound. they didn’t even give me that. not how a business should be run
