Very nice service & place to stay. There's an Oasis around but it was the dry season. In all case, there were very nice with everything ! Food was delicious !

Fab week with great hosts, food and trips!

Ahmed, Malika and their family are a Berber family and are very hospitable. Malika’s cooking is first class - the best tagines I have had! The village is very friendly and the Oasis is beautiful; Ahmed took us on a tour into the Oasis and the Kasbah. As well as being the guesthouse proprietor Ahmed is also a Tour Guide. We went on a trip with him to the Sahara (Erg Chigaga), Atlas Mountains and more! I thoroughly recommend!

Best place to stay in Tiout for few days

Breakfast was delicious with coffee, many other things and maroccain pankakes as well as the plate of salads in the evening. The terasse was beautiful for watching the sunset, great view, and the nicely planted patio invited you to stay. The hosts were very kind and fulfilled any wish, so that you could feel very welcomed. Hot shower and good water pressure in the bathroom.

The beds were too hard too feel really comfortable, the light wooden doors clapped a little loud, but this depended on the neighbouring guests, who were beside our room. The beautiful garden was not really usable, for example for breakfast or in the evening because it was somewhat private.

Expensive for what you get

We liked the oasis de tiout itself. Nice to walk around. The personnel working at the hotel is very friendly.

We found the owner Ahmet, quite pushy in his approach. He tries a bit too much to our taste to sell his donkeys, guides, dinner. Also, we had dinner (chicken tagine), he charged 250 dh for it (2 pers). Although the food was good we found that expensive. So make sure that if you eat there you ask for the price first. The room is ok but also not special. Very uncomfortable and wobbly mattress, and the sink smells. In all, we found it too expensive for what you get.

I had very high hopes of Oasis de Tiout: it exceeded them in every way!

The location was absolutely stunning: even though we were only 20km from Taroudant, a bustling 16th century walled town with a fantastic souk, it felt worlds away - remote, sleepy and the oasis itself was tranquilly beautiful

Nothing, really. Perhaps some way of making hot drinks in the room? But really, that's just being greedy...

An incredible little paradise in a beautiful oasis! The family is so nice and attentive to your needs. The views over the Oasis from the roof terrace are breathtaking. Everything very clean. Large comfortable rooms.

Warm welcome Oasis retreat

Amazing location and super friendly family that make sure you have a great experience. Ahmed is a certified guide who gave us a great introduction to the Oasis of Tiout. We were warmly welcomed and got tea and amazing beautiful homemade cookies. The food, homemade by his wife, was the best we have had on our trip. They even have an outdoor oven for bread. The traditional lounge area behind the garden really completes the oasis experience, surrounded by almond blossoms and colourful rugs under a canvas cover. We could read there all day. Also the sunrise from the roof is not to be missed for views across the oasis and the entire valley to the mountains. Ahmed gave us such a complete tour of the oasis we felt confident to explore again on our own the following day. Definitely recommend to stay here for a tranquil and relaxing visit to this stunning oasis.

Keep in mind, Ahmed (the homeowner) is always improving the experience for guests. My only issues were that the showerdrain was clogged with other peoples hair and it stopped the water from draining. Other than that i would've preferred a bed that wasn't as hard, but my friend didn't mind that as much.

Feel like at home in Tiout

One of the best accommodation of our 3 weeks tour in Morocco. We really felt like at home. Great hospitality. We had a great welcome tea, and a beautiful walk around the oasis. Dinner was delicious too and we had the pleasure to spend some time with our host and his children. Room is honest, super clean and comfy.
