Kids and adults alike will have a pleasurable time at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, where you can feed fish to seals, see vibrant marine life, and learn a little about the coastal ecosystem. On Broadway, you'll also find a full-block arcade, amusement rides, mini golf, and the carousel mall with some fun shops inside - find your inner child at the toy store and try on eccentric hats at the specialty store for a good laugh.
Through the gate, you'll enter a peaceful garden landscape, lush with greenery and with a hammock to relax in the shade. Didn’t realize the biggest volleyball beach tourney was this weekend so made sense why the prices were high and stay options were limited. This was a good option that accommodated our dog with the fenced yard but was very dated and not the cleanest. This isn’t a critique on the housekeeping, they can only do so much with what they are working with.
There is a sign that requests you take your shoes off but the carpet and floors really couldn’t support that, needs an update or extreme deep clean asap. Also, seeing the used toilet plunger and gross toilet brush immediately walking in was very off putting.
Also, no signage about what they offer, where anything is, expectations, etc. nothing is labeled and had to hunt for basic things like detergent and hand towels. We picked up our dog poo and also what was left from other guests…

The feel of an old beach home full of interesting art, books and fenced yard. High steps to deck though would make this a difficult entrance for those with any disability.

We chose this house for its location near our cousin's. It isan older home, but well stocked, clean, and quite comfortable. We're glad for the walk in shower and two bathrooms. There are lots of books, games and puzzles. Stayed here last year and plan to book again next year. Both stays were rainy so could not enjoy the deck or hammock.

Wonderful little cottage and yard. Great location. Four of us on fun sewing/quilting retreat. Great quality bedding, towels, amenities. Well stocked kitchen, top grade appliances. Could use a little TLC. Very dirty ceiling vent in living room, probably needs new filter in otherwise well functioning heating system. One bedroom door nearly off hinges!! Definitely needs fixing!! Otherwise it was fine. We’d stay there again (if heating system/ducts serviced).

What a great location this was! We were in town for our basketball tournament and like to travel with our two dogs. The house and decide made it cozy and comfortable and it was great to have a fenced in area for the dogs. Close walk to the beach and the shops, close to the outlet stores as well. Would like a little later checkout time at 11am or 12pm, but great stay and would book again.

This place is super cozy. It’s on the older lived in side but that’s what makes it so great. Love that they are dog friendly and just a short walk to the beach. The most well stocked home we have ever rented. If ever in this area again we would rent this place!

The place is kinda run down compared to what it looks like in the pictures. The yard was overgrown, with branches covering the walkway and dead leaves strewn over the whole deck. Spiders were a huge problem. We walked right into a giant web as soon as we entered - got cobweb in our hair and faces, it was gross. Half the cutlery in the drawers was dirty and we had to rewash it. So were some of the plates on the shelves. The living room rug is kinda shabby and hurt my feet to walk barefoot on.
I still give this place three stars because it has all the amenities.
The hosts probably get to charge so much because of Seaside being a popular summer destination, but going at the end of summer we could have gotten better for the price.

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary, and wanted to do so with our 1 year old daughter and our dog. We hadn’t had a trip as a family since our daughter was born, so this was a big deal for us! The coast holds so many special memories for us already that it was the perfect place. And we couldn’t have been more happy with this property! The layout was small but perfectly cozy, and allowed our toddler to safely wander around without getting into anything out of sight. The fenced yard allowed our dog to be able to go outside as needed without us having to worry about his safety. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and the Main Street promenade was just a few blocks away as well. We had a perfect trip and cannot wait to come back one day:)

This home suited our needs almost perfectly. Took one star off because the shower in the bathtub leaks so we had to share the other shower. Nice quiet area (lots of foot traffic makes our dogs bark). The beds were also too soft for me. Next time I'll try the futon. Yard was great .

House was absolutely perfect for our party of five and three dogs. Excellent location and availability of services. My only complaint is that the Internet went out which angered our child immensely. One of the reasons we chose this house was because of the Internet service and the first night we were there it went out, with no one to call to get it fixed. Other than that, the place was perfect for our needs.

Until our last day of the trip I would have given this place 5 stars. It was comfortable, a short walk to the beach, and really had everything we could need (a booster chair, toys, huge movie collection); however, the day before checkout we found rat feces in the back of a cabinet and the next morning we found it all over our food on the counter, as well as the food having been eaten. We had to throw out over $100 of food and Thanksgiving hostess gifts. To know that our 1 year old was playing on that floor and that we were all eating in that kitchen for 4 days before this really turned our stomachs. Now instead of remembering a great vacation we'll only remember the hurried feeling of packing and leaving as quickly as possible. I also emailed Vacasa about this and asked for compensation on the groceries, but it's been over a week without a response so I felt it necessary to warn others before going here in the near future.

The home was cozy and fun. The bedrooms were comfy. The whole place was peaceful. And it was so close to the beach for some fun and adventure. The kids loved the hammock and the sand toys. It was the perfect retreat for our whole family.

Leaving 5 stars since there are tons of positives. Location was great…a quieter side of Seaside. Enclosed yard was great for our dog. Amenities were good and water pressure in showers was great.
It is an older home so all lights are pull switch from the ceiling. The carpets were badly stained but the management was super responsive when we told them and even offered to clean during our stay. It didn’t affect our enjoyment of the trip at all as we know stains can happens in rentals such as this.
The main bathroom is an old claw foot tub you stand in to shower. It leaked a little when we showered but couldn’t figure out from where. I just put a towel down to be safe when we showered.
Tons of fun games and books. WiFi was great and tv was good quality.
I would definitely stay here again.

Cute old house, close to everything.
We really enjoyed this house. It’s pretty small but very comfortable with room for two couples or a small family. The yard is fenced in and private. Another bonus is a huge collection of board games and movies available for those rainy days. The beach is just down the street and the main drag of Seaside is within walking distance. Our favorite restaurant in town was Nonni’s Italian Bistro.

The deck is amazing, and we spent a lot of time sunbathing in the yard. Haven't used the grill, it looked a bit too dirty.

It snowed while we were there but it didn’t matter because there were lots of fuzzy warm blankets to curl up in. It is in a quiet and convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked.
