Horrendous wouldn’t stay there again if it was free

The aircon was good, and there was hot showers

We’re do I start, no fridge , staying in a room for 10 days and you can’t get a cold drink, there was ment to be a restaurant hotel but had no ice or coke and others soft drinks, , allowed large groups off young men to stay in the next work , banging the doors all day and night , and all sitting outside my room talk for hours and hours, very intimidating for my wife, cockroaches and ants, , the staff don’t speak any English, and tried putting my card through 3 times for payment not explaining to me what she was doing, didn’t make any effort to clean the room or give us fresh betting or towels, very ignorant didn’t even bother to look up from there phone when we came in or went out, we left after 5 days , and sleepless nights , avoid this place

Chambre spacieuse toute équipée avec une grande salle de bain et beaucoup de pression sur la douche un plaisir. Les hôtes sont sympas et l hôtel est a 5 min du centre d activité de kampot. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

I am not recommended to anyone to stay here at all.

At night time people can open your room door and not safe to stay. A lot of mosquitos.

Superb

We stayed here for 5 nights over the Khmer New Year (Kompot is a great place to be for the Khmer New Year) It's a family run business and they are all super friendly and helpful. Sorted out a motor bike rental for us. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. The bedroom was a nice size, had a fridge, good air con, very nice bathroom with good showers and the bed was very comfortable.

Wifi is a bit slow on the 3rd floor,

Everything was perfect except very slow WIFI at the third floor.

- large view from the both sides of my room (third and highest floor) - comfortable bed - very clean room and sheets - well designed room (seems to be recently reformed, with good taste) - very quiet because excellent location - natural fresh air at the third floor : no need AC to sleep at the third floor (end of September- beginning of October), however there is a very efficient, modern and super quiet AC in the room.

- very slow or inexistent WiFi at the third (and highest) floor : the highest WiFi router is at the second floor. Then, if you need of a good WiFi speed, ask for a room at the second or first floor.

Location was good, staff were nice.

I upgraded my room to a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, but no balconies in any room & no sea view!👎🏽🙄🤦🏽‍♂️ So don’t take the upgrade as just a waste of money.

3rd stay here

good location, 3rd time staying here, friendly staff, cheap motorbike rental, nice rooms

when arrived my room had no water but was soon fixed, rooms get pretty warm and stuffy throughout the day, they did provide a fan which did help

this was the worst place I have ever stayed at in Cambodia

not expensive

the ants in my room, the very poor wifi, the lack of response from the management in regards to a bad water leak in my room, the shower was a dribble of water, no fridge in room,no glasses, there were cups but no spoons,

Good location.

Ants in the room. Staff nearly blocked the card we were paying on as kept passing through the enter pin part and staff didn’t speak any english which was a little difficult. noisy surrounding area, school which started about 7am with kids singing and shouting until 11am and building next door that played music loud and constant bit like karaoke with the singing, not good singing either.

OK, but less good than we expected

Good location, affordable, clean rooms, quiet. (but let's be fair, we traveled during a pandemic so a quiet room in any hotel wasn't hard to find)

Staff didn't speak a word of english, the towels in our room smelled and the new ones we received (after communicating using google translate because again, staff didn't speak english) also smelled. (which is weird because the room itself was actually quite clean)

The aircon did not work. Made for a tough night of sleep and the sun coming in the window with no curtain didn't help

2nd time staying here, lovely staff, nice rooms, great location, the guesthouse organised 2 motorbikes again very reasonably priced at $5 a day, i enjoy staying here

no lift so a lot of stairs to get to the top floor, but a young lad carried my case up this time which was nice the top floor rooms have a great view but because of the windows getting a lot of sun it can heat the room up

i like this place,

first time trying this guesthouse, organised a motorbike for my trip for a very reasonable $5, efficient staff at check in/out, nice sized rooms and great location

no mirror in bathroom so couldn’t have a shave, access to top floors by stairs only, but its a guesthouse so expected

If this hotel was $5 a night i would understand why

Paid for breakfast with the booking. Was then told by the hotel that their restaraunt was closed and there was no breakfast!

Rooms not very clean. Leaking showers, windows not closing properly. Sinks that do not drain. No change of towels.
