Convenient and relaxed stay

Very nice compound, staff are welcoming and friendly, location is very good

Shower 🚿 was old, flow of the water wasn't good, a bit of a struggle to shower. Also there are 2 small sized swimming pools, perfect for kids. Adults can just hang around in the water, definitely cannot swim there. I was distracted reading other reviews who were speaking about the swimming pool 🤔

We loved our stay at Diana Pearl and can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic place. The staff (Shem, Naomi, Irene and David) are the nicest most welcoming people. We can't wait to go back.

The property is very well maintained. All the kitchen stuff is available. Very friendly team - professional and respectful. Comfortable bed. A lot of space. Lovely balcony and beautiful garden.

Barely passable for a cheap 1 night no frills stay.

The location was convenient to the purposes of our trip. Competitive price. Pool looked ok although didn't get to use it.

No restaurant or food available. Broken TV. Reception rarely open and had to arrange via security guard for issue resolution. Rooms smelled very musty.

Definitely going back again - very family friendly

Nice and serene environment which was well maintained Close to the main road and shops Easy to get public transport Close to the beach even for the kids Friendly and helpful staff especially the guards and the ladies Safe pools for the small kids but still big enough for the adults

Tiles in the living room and bedroom quite slippery went wet - with kids who were in and out of the pool this was often for us. would be great to have rugs at entry way. this was more of our problem than the hosts problem

Great place, great location. Will definitely recommend

Staff were great and they are very knowledgeable of the area, places to see/visit, change money, and places to eat and/or buy groceries. Personal Chief is on the premises as well to cook any type of meal you fancy.

It was very hot at the time of year we went. They cooking of the apartments was not great. There was only once air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Also after taking a shower it wasn’t refreshing. I’m assuming water from the ocean is utilized.

The property is nicely secluded from the busy parts of town but still within walking distance to the beach. They have two swimming pools shared amongst residents which is quite convenient. They have staff on the property who are so warm and very helpful. (Shout out to Naomi!)

Best location in Diani.

I have visited the diani pearl for the past three years with my family and the stay has always been memorable. Great staff, facilities, and the location is just perfect. Highly recommended for that home away from home experience.

The location and close proximity to restaurants and supermarket

I left a jar of 500g raw makueni honey and it went missing from the kitchen. The only people who had access to the house were my friend and I and the housekeeper Naomi who denied having taken it. It made no sense at all and was quite disappointing to realize our things were not safe.

Awesome self catering hotel

Very clean hotel, beautiful interior and fantastic staff (receptionist, cleaner and guards are all very friendly and helpful), fully equipped kitchen with microwave and toaster

The location and ambience of of the property was amazing, it well maintained and well furnished i had a great stay.

the shower was horrible, it was cold and and had a missing shower head. there were no dustbins in the room the AC was not working properly

Would definitely recommend this place again

The staff so caring and always ensured we were ok at all times.Right from the guard. It was a very quiet and peaceful location perfect for a gateway. The proximity to shopping centre and also the Diani beach was a wow factor. The level of hygiene was ok.

Just wished they would include breakfast in their package.. For them to also include sanitization points at various points within the premises.

Nice apartment in quiet secure area, though a little too far for the beach.

Very nice apartment in a private estate with only 8 apartments. 2 pools for plenty of private swimming after a hot day. Pretty good location, walkable to a grocery store and some restaurants, but not for the beach. Good service and staff. A rooftop to have a little view out (not of water). Good A/C once running. Good showers.

Mosquito nets weren't able to close tightly, although there weren't many flies anyway. Would have liked A/C to be on for arrival, instead of waiting hours in hot room. Location was a little too far for walking to the beach. Toilet not a strong flush.
