Exceeded our Expectations and more........

The resort was amazing, everything we anticipated and more - the staff were fantastic, looked after every need and nothing was too much trouble - it's relatively expensive in comparison to other normal resorts, however a treat worth every penny for something a bit special From the welcome glass of bubbles and chocolates in reception, to the complimentary hats, sunglasses and swim bag - all the facilities in your room that you need, a beautiful bottomless breakfast overlooking the beach and complimentary cocktails and appetiser delivered to your sun lounger (with elasticated towel covers on the beds, spare towels and cushions) We had a suite and have vowed to try to stay here at least one night each time we come to Lanzarote on our own - beautiful place!

Just being picky here - as there wasn't really anything we didn't like - they missed the butter to go with our bread and the potatoes to go with our evening meal, but we asked for them and they were brought straight over, so not an issue at all, but surprising as they were so on the ball with everything else - AMAZING place,

Great experience. We will come back again.

If you do not like this place, you will not find a place at all. From the arrival in the airport till departure it was all suberb. Great staff, great suite, excellent place to wind down and relax.

The property was modern, clean and very well kept with smart tv access to Netflix and very welcoming staff and exceptional facilities and staff. Absolutely amazing experience.

beautiful setting- very peaceful. the staff were incredibly thoughtful and friendly - the little touches that makes you feel well cared for were everywhere from a free cocktail in the afternoon to remembering my wife’s dairy allergy and proactively getting in food she could eat.

there was not a single thing to complain about even just to ourselves.

A wonderful escape with wonderful staff!!

This is a lovely boutique hotel and even though the location isn’t great, as soon as you step inside you can forget about the “ strip” outside - in fact that’s its beauty , that you are in your own secret escape and it is serenely quiet and blissful! The arrival / the staff / the all day breakfast/ the bikes / the rooms / everything is wonderful and ensures you have a lovely holiday!

just the location but that’s nothing to do with the hotel - on the plus side it’s very near to the airport so getting there/leaving is very easy.

Wow - exceeded all expectations!

I had high expectations of Lani's due to previous reviews but can safely say they were totally exceeded! This place is a gorgeous oasis in the middle of Playa del Carmen. Stunning design with great use of the relatively limited space they have. Our suite was beautiful and had a real 'wow' factor every time we walked into it! The views are stunning and the lovely small black sand beach below the hotel is perfect for swimming at low tide. What really makes this place though are the staff. Every person we encountered was superb and all genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurant and pool staff - all faultless. Yes, it's more expensive than most other places in the area but you get what you pay for! Treat yourself to a stay here - you won't regret it!
