Location is great if you want to enjoy your breakfast overlooking the incredible Duomo from the roof top terrace at sunrise. I just loved the roof terrace and the traditional decoration of the property! Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was tasty. The front desk receptionist was helpful and friendly as well.
Nothing in particular.

You cannot beat this view! Our stay at Palazzo Graziani was ideal. The rooms are very large and well equipped, the rooftop terrace is beautiful for breakfast and for sunset and the service was great. Extremely good value for money in the heart of Florence.
Although this didn’t bother us, note you cannot bring your own food and drinks in (other than water)

Ontbijt: Het ontbijt was teleurstellend.

The property was lovely with high rise ceilings and very clean. There is good air con and a lovely terrace to sit out on. It is a quiet place to stay and aside from breakfast we never really saw other people about the property. The views from the terrace are amazing, you have a full view of Florence. The staff were great and made great recommendations for food and places to visit. It was also very clean and towels and sheets were replaced daily.

Amazing location and view from roof terrace.
Good selection of food at breakfast.
Check-in instructions could be clearer, staff were late arriving so we couldn't enter the building at first.
It would be good to have seating on both parts of the roof terrace.

Great location, the view is excellent. Staff is lovely, they always asked for permission when entering our room.

The staff was excellent and the facilities were great. We especially loved our terrace view onto the Duomo and Torre Mangia. The location of the B&B was perfect for us to explore, come back to freshen up and to then head out again!

The B&B was in a great location, where you can walk to all of the historical sights, restaurants and bars. The terraces with a front row view of the Duomo was a treat. My room, while a bit small, was clean as was the rest of the facilities.
The front desk receptionist when I first arrived was a tad grumpy but the evening gentleman was lovely and very helpful. The elevator seemed to get stuck at floors (not while I was in it) at times, which made me nervous. All in all, the stay was fine.

Location was great and in a quiet building! Breakfast was good. Classic Italian breakfast with a few other options (no eggs etc). Beautiful views from Triple room and general terrace open to guests.
The triple room we booked was essentially two rooms (1 with a single, and the other a double), each with a bathroom, and accessed by the same main door. Would be a great option for families or a close group of friends. It was easy to find the building and very close to main attractions. Close to some popular bars and restaurants. Upon arrival the check in staff took the time to briefly show us close attractions and recommendations. It’s a BIT of a hike from the train station but it’s too bad and you can walk right past the Duomo!
We enjoyed the restaurant New Bridge close by for quick pizza options for Lunch.

Since I was visiting the Archaeological Museum for work, which was right around the corner, this location was perfect. Since it is a B and B, it was on the small side, but the views were amazing, it was pretty quiet (I could still hear my neighbors I shared a wall with but that's about it), and very well located within the city as well (a 10 minute walk to the Duomo). The breakfast was very good and you can eat on the terrace which has a perfect view of the city - especially the Duomo! I found the bed comfortable as well and the room was the perfect size for a solo traveler.
Nothing really except one of my towels had something in it (a fake eyelash?) when I opened it, but everything else was immaculate.

I spent 3 nights here in November and was quite happy with this hotel. I booked a single room so I knew that the bed would probably be small and it reall was. But the view was freaking awesome. Both from the room and from the rooftop (The one in daylight is from the room) which you can access all day long. The room was right next to the are where breakfast was served so some noise in the morning. But the room was clean, close by to everything. It faced away from the busy street so was quiet with the window open.
It lies in a street with some very popular bars for young people where they stand out in the street due to small venues, so you might encounter a crowd on the way there. Also, the breakfast was quite meh (Dry pastery and such)..... but your in Florence, so much good food to find so it wasnt such a huge problem :-D

I want to say thank you to hotel Palazzo Graziani, for perfect room serwice. Also before my trip I asked for room with view for cathedra , so they give it to me. Thank you very much! Room was shiny, perfectly clean. Very good breakfast with amazing view on terrase for whole city!

The location and the design of the hotel.
The receptionist is not welcoming at all, you can not arrive before 3pm (check-in) even to drop your luggage. The hotel gave us the wrong code for the door so we were blocked outside with luggage until 3pm. The hotel is very noisy from 7.30am because of the preparation of tables for the breakfast. The breakfast was horrible, industrial juices, no taste food and dirty tables and not tidy. For 125 euros per night it is not good at all.

Great atmosphere, amazing view from the terrace, super clean, polite staff. We will be back for sure!
We would like to have check-in earlier or leave our stuff to reception before check-in.

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower. The hotel has two rooftop terraces that show a 360 degree Florence topdown view.
Since the room was an attic room, the window was small and did not offer a good view out.

The apartment is located within 5 mins walk to the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore (Florence Duomo) as one would expect since the city organization in Florence. The room we got seems to be a newly renovated room which is not shown in the apartment's album. But we were very happy with our room as it feature a high ceiling, making the room spacious.
Parts of the building were decorated in the local (or traditional) Italian style, the other parts (our room) were decorated in a modern contemporary touch. The building featured a rooftop terrace which you can access from the breakfast room. You are able to take your breakfast at the terrace while enjoying the view of Florence and its Duomo's dome. It was lovely!
Just 3 mins walk away from the apartment, you will find a number of restaurants (pizza, spaghetti, bar, you name it) which makes food hunting easy.
The only complain we have was the breakfast spread. The variety is very limited, with only croissant, some breads, yoghurt and beverages.

it was very end of November, yet the heating was off and I was literally freezing

great location, staff, communication. Good size room. Great terrace with a fantastic view!
small window - dark room. Breakfast could've been better.

Breakfast was a bit lack lustre but still good for the staffing of one person.
The breakfast, might’ve been worth it to save on money there than getting it included and going to the cafe down the street

The rooftop was incredible and I would stay again for this alone.
The single person room was incredibly small and you had to crouch under the sink to sit on the toilet, very poor design which would be unsuitable for larger people or those with mobility issues, older folks.
The room was pretty stuffy and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work.

the room was very nice and comfortable. loved the roof top view. Location is very good, in walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast is nice, wish had eggs. Staff is extremely nice and friendly.
in overall, I would recommend this place
room had very little noise isolation. wish there was a little rug in front of the bed.

This place was beautiful. So quaint & lovely. So close to city centre too which was fantastic as we were able to walk everywhere. Close to so many great restaurants & pasticcerias too.
From the moment you enter those big iron doors, it's just stunning...transports you into another world. Front desk guy was very helpful and the girls that ran the hotel were all just lovely & helpful. We had 4 rooms as we were 2 families with adult kids. 2 rooms had large windows with amazing views and 2 rooms had the tiny floor level windows (these rooms were a bit dingy, but still roomy & lovely). Great size rooms, comfortable beds & great size bathrooms.
Awesome rooftop balcony with amazing views over Florence.
The breakfast is amazing, and the coffee was delicious. Be mindful the breakfast is from 8am. We didn't get to fully enjoy this as both mornings of our stay we had to leave by 8am for tours booked. As they knew this they allowed us to access the breakfast during set up so we could have a coffee & croissant before we took off for the day. Such a lovely place full of character!
Everything was perfect!
